Great Location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was very well furnished and tastefully decorated. The outdoor deck provided an amazing view which included a couple viewings of bobcats and various birds. Spectrum was very good at taking care of any requests that we had. Highly recommend this unit. The property is very well maintained. I would suggest more lounge chairs at the lower pool to accommodate high times of use. It would also be nice to be aware of activities that are offered to residents at the activity center on the East side, ie cards and other daily activities.

Deeply disappointing
This was not as advertized. It needed a deep spring clean and was unhealthy (have photos of all the dust and cobwebs). We arrived late on a Saturday night in Dec, there was a very lightweight comforter on the master and no comforter on the second. Old pillows. A broken second bed. I reported the issues the following day, was promised a call from the manager and maintenance people on the Monday. No one called or came despite repeated messages to call me. I only got a message via the app to move out and offered of partial refund. There was also no smart TV or second tv as pictured. It was the week before Xmas and I spent much time trying to find alternative accommodation. We moved out half way through our week. I travel a lot and this is the first negative review I've written. I was prepared to give this place a chance but was very disappointed by the lack of response and felt disrespected. Frankly our stay here ruined our vacation and it could have been so very different with a bit of effort from the owners and management. The place just needed TLC and some upgrading. The mountain views were amazing.

Good access to Sabino Canyon Rec. Area, quiet location.
Had a little trouble at check in as we arrived after dark, and numbering on units hard to see. Management very approachable and quickly/ professionally responded to very minor issues. Would recommend for quiet, safe location near great hikes and decent amenities. If you plan to arrive after dark, know where this unit is to make check in smoother. Full time residents/ owners nearby, friendly and non-invasive.
