New Model like home in Meridian with 3 bedrooms

This cozy model like home is centrally located in NW Meridian near Eagle w/quick access to restaurants, shopping, the greenbelt & more. It's a single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that has been carefully decorated and includes a workstation for the working traveler. It features beautiful art, comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Just steps away from the park w/ a picnic area & playground. The master suite offers a king bed, bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin XL beds, Also a Pack-n-Play, high chair and inflatable queen bed, and 2 bikes all available for use if needed.

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Very clean and comfy

This place was immaculate, and in such a great location. Also, very quiet neighborhood and the beds were very comfortable as well. Would stay here again every time I came to the area for sure.

This home was well furnished and stocked with everything we needed, and more. We had several questions and even extended our stay, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Next time we come to Boise we will definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks so much for a great experience!

We loved this rental so much that we extended our stay from 2 nights to 5. Everything about it was top-notch. It was a perfect stay in every way. immaculate, quiet, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Family Wedding

We chose this home because it was close to my sister’s house for a family wedding. It was as advertised online. Clean and well appointed. Definitely would stay again when we travel to Idaho. Great communication from the owner/manager and had everything my family needed for the long weekend.

Incredible Home!

Loved our short stay at this home. Wish more VRBO properties were this clean, cozy and in a great neighborhood. Nothing was spared in making this home ready and comfortable for any guests to include children and pets. Five stars and we would give more if we could.

Nice Neighborhood

Loved this property and the ability to walk and exercise outdoors in the neighborhood. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Suggest they trust the renter with an auto garage door clicker for ease of entry and exit. Otherwise, perfect!
