North Star accommodates up to four guests with two main-level bedrooms and a loft retreat. The open-plan layout features captivating ocean vistas from the primary bedroom, expansive deck, and generous living, dining, and kitchen areas.
The Space
From the forecourt, enter the oversized open-plan living area, which includes a spacious dining and lounge area oriented to maximize the stunning views. The living space opens onto a large deck with outdoor dining overlooking the water. Relax on the generous couches while enjoying all-weather views, or watch your favorite shows on the smart TV with Blu-ray and DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a 900mm cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all necessary cooking equipment and small appliances. There's also a barbecue under shelter in the street-side forecourt. The large family bathroom includes a shower, separate toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine for guest use—all conveniently located on the main level.
Wake up to stunning glass-wall views from the bed in the primary bedroom, which also features an en suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in wardrobe. The second main-level bedroom offers a wall of built-in wardrobes.
The spacious upstairs loft provides elevated water views, a chill-out couch, an additional smart TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player—ideal for a second hangout space. Note that while the loft is visually private, it does not have door separation from the open staircase and can warm up on hot days.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The property and linens are professionally cleaned between guest visits, and Wi-Fi is included.
Parking is available with a private car spot directly in front of the house on the private road, or you can use the garage for tandem parking for two cars (please note: remotes are not provided). Additional street parking is available on Mitchell Parade in front of the property.
The floorplan is best suited for couples or small families. Please note the property is recommended for children 5 years and older due to features like open-tread hardwood stairs and showers. There is no cot or high chair on the premises.
Guest Access
The home is entirely yours to enjoy, though the separate downstairs owner’s storage is not accessible during your stay. You are welcome to use the downstairs garden, which is not fenced.
Please note that firewood is not provided.
