Large Beach House with MESMERISING sea views regular stunning sunsets
Esplanade but very quite location
Closer to the beach than other Esplanade listings but without the busy road at the front, ( only a sealed track to the front of our beach house) look for Kangaroos in virgin bush, not at cars bikes and pedestrians or even passing trucks
Includes the use of the swimming pool
Make unforgettable family dinners on the huge upper deck
4 bedrooms sleeps 10 guests as well as 5 more on sofa beds
2 minute walk to the beach and the beach cafe/restaurant
2 full bathrooms/kitchens/laundries
can use as two independent apartments with separate private entrances
6 minute drive to the first cellar door, a further 20 minutes to the other50 wineries in the area

Why they chose this property
Many properties on the Esplanade have good views of the sea but it's across the main road, we have only a dead end sealed track in front of us, across the track is a small strip of the Aldinga Scrub then panoramic, glorious sea views across natural bush-land with little or no traffic to disturb your peace....then there is the local kangaroos who graze in the bush, frequently
