The space
This spacious 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom 2400+ square foot home is the perfect mountain getaway. Located between the village and Happy Valley, this ski-in ski-out home boasts a private 2022 salt water hot-tub with spectacular views of the Monashee Mountains. You can even catch the fireworks from the comfort of your living room!

This property is our family’s mountain getaway, and is rarely rented. With three young boys, we have built a relaxing environment with all of the comforts and conveniences of home. As a family home, the unit is incredibly well stocked with nearly every kitchen gadget (including a KitchenAid mixer), dozens of boardgames and a ski tuning bench in the garage. Our 8 year old and 6 year old twins are happy to share their chest of toys in the loft. Our two dogs also love their time in the snow at Big White. While our cleaning crew is fantastic, those with allergies beware.

Exposed wooden beams, a 22-foot vaulted ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows create the ambiance of a true ski chalet at the heart of Big White. After a day on the hill, toss your ski pants in the brand-new washer/dryer, and warm up next to the gas-powered fireplace in the living room. Prepare meals and snacks together as a family in this open-concept kitchen, which boasts newly installed quartz countertops, and top-end stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and a BBQ on the adjacent deck. This fully-equipped kitchen has four bar-stools along the peninsula, and is open to the 8-seat dining room table, and the living room.

Location
Our exclusive, family home is located in White Forest Estates, in a private cul-de-sac where our kids can safely play without worry. We are located in the closest low-density community to the village centre, with no multi-complex units within sight. Our home is a quick 5-minute-walk to the shops and restaurants in the main village at Big White. You can go enjoy coffee, a glass of wine or dinner and walk back to the house along a lighted path within minutes. The property is VERY close to the village and all amenities. A true ski in/ski out experience via Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost, Plaza chair and Bullet chair.

Entertainment
Our home has a private toboggan hill, where you can watch your kids have hours of endless fun from the kitchen/dining room windows. Our family spends hours of fun building luge tracks with several shovels. Walk less than five minutes to reach Happy Valley, and treat your loved ones to an afternoon at the ice skating rink and the Mega Snow Coaster Tube Park. From Happy Valley, our family will either walk back home, or take Lara’s Gondola up to the village for dinner.

New Smart TV's in the Living Room and Loft provide 90+ channels of Sports, and access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and Apple TV. Our home is outfitted with the fastest speed possible for Fibre Optic Internet, with a wifi range extender to give you access on all of your devices in this spacious home. The loft also has a Nintendo Switch docking station, so your kids can pack their own Switches without the hassle of cords and cables. The loft is ideally set up for children with over a dozen board games, cards, lego, dominoes, and puzzles. Family-time is important to us, the games in the open loft keep us connected on our weekend getaways.

Parking
The secure heated garage has parking for 2 tandem medium vehicles plus there is space in the carport for one large vehicle. Secure your skis in the convenient ski locker right next to the front door.
