Or enjoy a movie night with the family using the Chrome Cast to stream movies from your phone.

Heading inside, you'll notice a modern design, with polished hardwood floors and a white interior to bring out a comforting and relaxing atmosphere. With air conditioning available to keep you comfortable year-round enjoying views of the sea - you will be sure to love every minute here!

Just a minutes drive away from the Estuary, head on down, and soak up some sun before heading in for a dip in the water to cool down! You are only 3-minutes from the local golf course, so test your swing and get into your competitive spirit! When you feel like getting a bite to eat, the main cafes and restaurants are within a 4-min drive!

1. Pets are allowed but please check with us first and advise the size and type of dog
2. The bedroom shown with bunks in the house now has 2 single beds
3. The TV has a Chromecast and Apple TV but not Freeview
4. The sleepout is fairly basic so don't expect 5 star accommodation.
5. There is quite a drop off the deck so it may not be suitable for small children.
LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
