Newly Constructed, Single Level, Open Layout, Walk to Sandy River, 17 Miles to Government Camp

Stay at this wonderful single level escape just a short walk from the banks of the Sandy river. The property has been newly constructed with all new furnishings and décor as well. Without a doubt, it will make a wonderful home for your small group or family stay.

Upon entering you are greeted with a light and bring living, dining, and kitchen layout. Whether you decide to play some games at the dining room table or kick back and relax, you'll enjoy every minute here. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary desires. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk in the third bedroom making it perfect for the kiddos or young adults. Those two bedrooms share a full bath and there is a laundry room just off the kitchen as well.

You will definitely want to take a short walk to the banks of the Sandy River. There is a fantastic public trail that you can walk along and take in the beauty. When the weather allows, there is a swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court that is available for guests as well. *Please note that the pool is typically opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day, however, there may be delays in openings based on weather or staff*

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: Pets are considered and require written authorization beforehand. **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. ** Fully fenced backyard for them to enjoy!
