Also in this wing are three ensuite bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has a king bed; upstairs you will find a queen bedroom and a bedroom w/ 2 single beds.
The second wing of the home has a truly grand TV room, with a cloud couch for tons of seating. In this wing are the other three bedrooms. The first floor bedroom is a bunk room with 3 sets of twin bunks beds. There is a full bathroom off of the TV room for people sleeping here to use. Upstairs in this wing are two more ensuite bedrooms: one w/ a queen bed and one w/ a king bed.
The back deck has a staircase that leads down to the pool area which is enclosed in decking and features plenty of seating and lounging options. The pool is heated, salt water based and gets plenty of sunlight. The spa is next to the pool, with controls for heating, jets and lights! The pool and the spa are professional maintained and cleaned weekly for tenants.

The home is available for year round bookings. Please see below for minimum stay requirements based on the time of year. Please note, off season bookings do not include the pool or spa.
Subject to applicable taxes and fees. No pets please. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.
