Michelle Sylvia rental collection home. Great location and new for 2022 rental season. Steps to a sandy beach! Sit on the porch and sip your morning coffee while you decide what to do for the day. First floor has brand new kitchen, two bedrooms [1 king and 2 queens] and two full baths [ all baths are new] , Living Room, Family room and dining as well as screened in porch. Make your way to the second floor where there are three bedrooms [ bunk set and twin, 1 queens] and two full [ new] bathrooms. Home has central air for your comfort and a large yard with seating, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Just a short distance away is a sandy beach, Sea View Park with tennis courts, playground as well as a walking path. Pets considered with owner approval. Lower level has game room for family fun. *** Home is streaming only.
Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Great house and location

The house was perfect for our family! Beach was easily walkable and the outdoor area was large and well kept.
