The Space:
This recently renovated, spacious 870 sq ft condo is truly divine. Tastefully decorated, you will love the well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm, plus the brand new dining setting for 6 - perfect for Christmas, Thanksgiving or special occasions. Watch the sunrise over the mountains as the birdlife in the adjacent creek come to life , and finish your day with a cocktail (whipped up in the funky bar area) on the deck, complete with grill and patio set. If it's chilly outside you can kick back with Netflix, Disney, Sportsnet & cable before retiring in the gorgeous bedrooms with brand new king and queen beds. Brought an extra guest? No problem, they will sleep soundly on the new queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Complimentary heated underground parking for one vehicle is included.

The Neighborhood:
Boardwalk lies just metres from Main St in downtown Canmore so you can walk to restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping. Policeman's Creek runs right behind the building, and has a stunning boardwalk loop where you can engage with the local birdlife and enjoy peace and tranquility right in the middle of town. Elevation Place recreation centre is just across the street. Supermarkets and liquor stores are a five minute walk away. If your days plans involve heading to Banff National Park or Kananaskis Country you are just 2 minutes drive to jump on the highway. The river walking trails are 5 minutes down Main St and offer stunning flat walking trails by the beautiful Bow River.

Getting Around:
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up on Bow Valley Trail (see the Welcome Book for details).

Other Things to Note:
This unit is not air-conditioned. If air-conditioning is important to you, please reach out and we can direct you to one of our other properties. From mid-March 2025 for approximately 1 month there will be some work done on the side of the building below the unit that may also mean some noise during the day. There will still be full access to the building through a front entrance, and the parkade, as per usual.

Perfect!

The property is in a central location so it was easy to walk into Canmore for food.The heated underground parking was very useful (although be careful of a pipe sticking out).The accommodation was perfect for us and 2 friends. The view is amazing!We would highly recommend and hope to be back one day.

Spectacular Spot

We had a short 2 night stay in this great centrally located condo. The views are amazing from the living room and back deck backing onto the ravine. We walked to some very cool shops and dinner spots that were very close. We didn't cook but it appeared to have a well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. This is a wonderful condo and I would recommend it for a stay in Canmore!

Perfect stay

This condo is amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and furniture and stunning views. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Communication with the host was great. We would love to stay here on our next trip!

Canmore for skiing

The unit was great. However, the parking spot was terrible. Because of piping that drops down and creates a low hazard it is difficult to park. On one morning, because a car was parked next to mine, a cement post and a hesting unit is on the other side, and a large truck was parked directly behind, I could not get out without scraping the rear diver side window. I had to roll down the windows on the driver side allowing for the pipe to actually come a couple of inches into the vehicle, that enabled some inch by inch maneuvering. I got out of the spot after 30 minutes after that maneuvering. I do have a scratch on the rear window driver side. That said I really enjoyed the unit! Happy to send photos of the problem parking spot.

Beautiful unit with great views.

This unit is spacious, clean and in a great location! We could not get into our unit at first, but a quick call resolved the issue within 5 minutes. Parking spots are tight with hazard near back seat driver side (just watch your head). We were able to walk everywhere (groceries, dinner, shopping, hike along boardwalk). Would stay here again!

Amazing Canmore condo

Canmore is such a cute mountain town and this condo was the perfect base home to explore all that the area has to offer. It was very clean and comfortably furnished and the owner, Jane, was a pleasure to work with. And you would be hard pressed to beat the views from the private balcony. I highly recommend this rental.

Canmore stay

We stayed at this beautiful mountainside oasis and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The hosts were the utmost welcoming and accommodating to our family. The condo had everything we needed and the space was very cozy. The location couldn’t have been more perfect and it was such a short drive to Banff too. We will 100% be back to stay here!

Canmore condo

Excellent location for walking downtown Canmore with a breathtaking view from balcony of the Rockies and Three Sisters. Property Host was easy to communicate with and answered all questions in a timely manner. Check in was a little complicated with several codes to access unit. Parking for second vehicle or oversized vehicle is not convenient. One small car no problem. Overall, it was a nice condo and perfect for our 3-day stay in Canmore.

Exactly as described!

Fantastic stay and the hosts were wonderful as well. The property is FULLY equipped for your stay, not a thing is overlooked. The hosts checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and were very responsive. The location is ideal - cannot beat the view and everything is within a short walk, easy access to everything you could want. I'm already spying out dates for my next stay!

Treetop Mountain Views

Beautiful views to the east and the west, and great location convenient to downtown, restaurants, and groceries. We live in a rural area, so appreciated it was dark at night, and quiet. Unit was well appointed, safe and very clean. Jane was a conscientious host and communication was excellent. View of the boardwalk makes you feel like you are in the treetops. Nice vantage point for bird watching.

Walkable condo

Great spot to walk all over downtown Canmore. We were able to walk down to the Rose & Crown Pub next door and sit on the patio a few minutes before the Canada Day parade started and watch the whole thing. Great views of the mountains from the condo patio as well. Being on the 4th floor it was a bit warm without AC but we managed ok with the windows open and the fans available in each room's closet.

Great vacation in the Banff area!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well-furnished and met all our needs. It is also centrally located in Canmore town, making it very convenient to get around. It is not air-conditioned, which is typical in this area. It did get hot on a few days and we had to manage with fans. The kitchen was missing a scrub, which made it difficult to clean dishes. Overall, a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location and mountain view.

We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the view while sitting on the balcony. It was comfortable and very clean. Communication with the owner was always quick. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and a nice boardwalk along the river. Our only concern was the assigned parking spot. It is next to a concrete post with some kind of pipe stucking over the spot. Our side mirror just fit under the pipe. A taller mirror or vehicle may have issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location & view, a few issues

This 2 bedroom condo was as indicated by the photos, with a great location and great views. The check-in instructions were exact and communications with the property management company were easy. The door to the balcony was broken when we arrived - would not close and was difficult to open, with the handle broken off. Contacted property manager who apologized for not notifying us and said it would be fixed the next day. It was never fixed. Not really a problem because it was not cold and was not really a security issue. Window covering for front bedroom was stashed in utility room. Did not use that bedroom, so also not an issue for us. Parking place has hanging heater inches from car, so extra care is required when parking and wonder how it will be in winter.
