Cute and Comfy this One Bedroom + One Bath beach rental located in the Pierpont Village is set up to enjoy doing nothing at all. Life couldn't get any simplier then relaxing a block from the beach. This downstairs unit located in a triplex. Easy walking distance down the lane to the beach. Perfect for a quick getaway or a couple month stay. Close to resturants, grocery shopping and coffe shops within easy walking distance. The home is newly painted, new flooring and furnished to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. Galley kitchen is stocked for with cooking and serving pieces for using your culinary talents when eating in. Microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker along with neccessary pots, pans and utensils all supplied.
Home has a nice flat screen with basic cable and wifi. Living room has sofa and love seat combination that pull out for extra sleeping accommodations. A visual switch on fireplace for effect and extra heating cozy ups the living area.
Bedroom has a queen bed with a small flat screen TV and dresser. Linens and towels supplied
Tiled Bathroom has bath/shower combo.
One car garage for parking. Coin operated Washer/Dryer available for your use.

January Visit

The property location was great - easy walking to beach, restaurants, and stores. The apartment was clean and quiet, and the property manager was attentive and promptly responded to any questions we had. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to cool off from AZ heat

This is a small and very clean place. It has everything for a coastal visit. Parking is a problem for visitors because of no parking except on the street. The garage was just big enough for our mid size car. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. The mile plus walk to the pier is worth it for the Tacos!

Very Beach House

The property is a bit older and worn, but clean and comfortable. The owner is a lovely person! There are a few unexpected items: you do your own towels at the coin operated washer and dryer on the premise and the garage will not fit anything larger than a mid sized SUV. The garage is a very tight squeeze and there in NO on street parking. Also no USB charging options so bring a plug!

Our stay on Bath

The property was clean and well organized. All utensils available for 2 people. Kitchen clean well designed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Beach was a quick and easy walk from rental. Grocery store a 2minute walk away. Pleasant 10 to 15 walk to downtown business and Saturday Farmers Market. Manageŕ was friendly and readily available if needed. Would happily return in future if available.

So relaxing and close to a beautiful beach!

They were so communicative on getting us checked in - early even! The patio is adorable and easy to access. Literally the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Bring quarters for laundry. The garage is tight for larger SUVs, but street parking is pretty easy if you get it in the morning. Very easy commute to the little village of Ventura. Wished we could have stayed longer. Wonderful!!

We loved our stay every thing was assume and the landlord was always available if you had questions. Comfy bed and such a great location. All the utensils/pots/pans to cook as well

Lovely beach home in nice area

We were so fortunate to have found this gem as we waited for our new home to be completed! The home itself is in a nice family oriented area and very comfortable. It has a great kitchen (gas stove, large frig, plenty of cooking supplies), comfy bed & nice shower, beach chairs, nice family room set up with couches & large TV. Their is a shared washer & dryer. The only drawback is parking - one car garage fits a small car & is a challenge to enter and exit. Nearby street parking can be a challenge especially on weekends. The location is ideal - beach is a 2 minute walk, grocery store is walking distance and their is a flat walking/bicycle trail along the neighborhood street and beach area. The owner is nice & lives upstairs and the management company has been easy to work with. We want to come back again next year once we have settled into our new home. Highly recommend this place!

Cute and comfortable house just steps from the beach!

The location was great (walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and of course the beach!), the kitchen was great and easy to cook in, and the bed was super comfortable. The only thing that was a struggle for me was the small garage...my car was too big to use it regularly so if you drive a larger car be aware of that. I was able to find street parking pretty close most of the time.

Wonderful space to enjoy the beach

The pictures don't do this place justice. There's plenty of space including a good sized bedroom, full kitchen, dinning table, and living room. Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the local coffee shop and restaurants. I will stay here again.
