-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Lovely Property

Very chic condo, incredibly clean and nearby to downtown Austin. Communication with property management was consistent and seamless. I'd absolutely return to this unit, thank you for having me!

Two week stay

A great location on W 6th St. The property was very clean on arrival and we enjoyed our stay. A couple of small points. The dryer never worked although we reported the fault on day two. As we were staying two weeks there was no extra clean set on linnen which was a bit annoying

Pecan Pad

Perfect spot! Close to music venues and good restaurants. King size bed and bath and a half. Place was very clean and well equipped. Would stay again if we come back to Austin.

The place was beautiful and in such a great location! Tons of little coffee shops around and not a bad walk into the actual city. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it had everything we needed!

Perfect Location for our Little Family

This condo was the perfect location for exploring downtown Austin! We were never more than 15 minutes away from all the spots on our list: Barton Springs, Deep Eddy Pool, Sixth Street, Holey Moley, the Capitol, and UT. It's a cozy condo, but it was perfect for the three of us - my husband, our 10-year-old, and me. We took the upstairs bed and our kiddo slept comfortably on the downstairs couch. This isn't the place for large groups looking to lounge around and binge-watch TV. It's ideal as a home base for a small group on vacation. The condo community itself is very quiet. A heads-up: the driveway is quite steep, so be cautious if you're driving a stick shift or a large truck. It's manageable, but if you're used to the flat Houston terrain, it might be a bit of a thrill! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book this condo again for our next Austin adventure!

Mother daughter trip for eclipse

Mothers and daughters, am I right? When we saw totality in 2017, I knew I had to see another one. My daughter and I saw that the next one would be around her 17th birthday so we made plans right then to go to TX for the event. As the date approached, I worried. Would she be able to tolerate me for several days in a row, just the two of us? Would I be able to tolerate her? Well, it turned out just *magical.* With this place as our convenient, but quiet home base, we explored Austin, San Antonio and Tx hill country. We saw blue bonnets, Tx longhorns and met the VERY NICEST people we’ve ever met. TX may be a crapshoot politically, but Austin and the environs were LOVELY. The home had everything we needed for a brief stay. WiFi, a fridge, AC, parking and we could walk to TACOs!! Thanks so much to the hosts!

Good Spot

We enjoyed walking or scootering from the Pecan Pad to downtown. Had some cleanliness issues with the unit but overall was good and appreciated being able to leave our luggage. The bed and recliner couch upstairs were both SUPER comfortable.

Great for younger adults

Was very quaint, clean and decorated beautifully. The parking was a little scary and the roads around the property needed repairs but it was located on W. 6th street where everything is for night life. i say younger adults would like it more than older as it does have steep stairs to get to the bedroom. Overall it was nice and suited our needs.

Wonderful location and property

We stayed at the Pecan Pad for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. The location is perfect and there was plenty of space for 2 people working remotely. The deck overlooking downtown Austin was an added bonus. Location location location!!!

Clean condo but dated complex

The condo itself is well appointed, quiet and clean. I only gave it four stars because the complex is very dated and not well maintained. That being said you can walk to several good restaurants.

Pecan Pad

We loved the Pecan Pad! It was perfect for 3 people. It has a well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed and pillows, and a beautiful view of the downtown area from the upper deck, especially at night! The location is perfect for visiting the Austin area. Our direct local host, Miles, was awesome. We hope to visit Austin again in the future and we will definitely look for the Pecan Pad again.
