Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath modern home in Old Town Scottsdale. There are two master bedroom suites (full private bathrooms) and then two other spacious bedrooms! This is a great room floor plan so you are never away from the action. The dining area is furnished with an oversized custom made table! The house Sleeps up 12 adults! The Kitchen is strait out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The backyard is large and features a generously sized covered patio, paver patio extension w/more seating, firepit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and a diving pool with lounge chairs! The home also has WiFi, 1 pack-n-play and more. Located in a prime area about a mile away from the center of Old Town Scottsdale, there are plenty of great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and golfing. This place has it all!

The house was cute but it was not very clean when we arrived and the back patio screen door was broken. Other than that, the house was a great location and the perfect size for our group.

The house was clean. The house is old and could use some paint. The pool? Let’s just say I was glad it was to cold to swim. The kitchen is not stocked for the amount of people it holds.

Home in good location

Home was in a convenient location to several Phoenix attractions. We had trouble getting hot water to the showers. Prior guests have had similar issues.

Great spot - close to everything!

Definitely a great house for a group! We had a great time and really enjoyed how accessible things were. A lot of us took a lot of walks around the neighborhood. You will not be disappointed

VRBO Stay in Scottsdale “okay”

Great location, but…hot water does NOT accommodate the stay for 8 adults (even when we waited 5 to 7 minutes for it to get warm [tepid, actually]). Dining table with broken leg bothersome. Utensils for 10 to 12 people?Clean, overall, but when sectional moved to straighten curtain, found messy waste on floor (I cleaned it).

Family vacation

Shannon was so fast to respond to all questions. The property was exactly as we expected it to be, and a GREAT location. If I’m ever in the area again, would gladly rebook. We were traveling with an infant and there was a pack n’ play on property which was super helpful!

Great Scottsdale Stay

The property is excellent and spacious. The home had plenty of bath towels and pools towels. The backyard and pool were fabulous during the scorching temps while we stayed. The kitchen is well supplied to make basic meals. Water pressure in second master suite was not great. Overall we look forward to staying again next May with out entire family!

Wanted to love the house, unfortunately it fell short of expectations.

Positives: The location is great! Quiet neighborhood & close to a variety of activities. The decor is nice, lights worked, front room TV worked. Back yard had ample seating. Check in and check out was easy. We really wanted to love the house, but there were several issues that left us unsatisfied. Kitchen: chipped/cracked plates, bowls, cups & glasses. Only 2 stemmed glasses, 1 stemless wine glass and limited number of tumbler & water glasses. The acrylics looked dirty and cracked. NO water pitchers or anything for mixing frozen juice. Only 1 kitchen towel and used scrubber sponge for cleaning & drying dishes. Only an outside broom and no dustpan for sweeping floors. One of the kitchen island stool needs repair, so wobbly no one dared sit on it for fear it would break. Bathroom: Only 2 bath towels per bathroom. We had 7 people staying for 4 days, not enough towels to accommodate even 1 day of everyone bathing. The hot water system is bad; took 10-15mins to get hot water running in the master showers then it was scalding hot or cold. The fan in the back master bedroom chirps/squeals loudly to the point you hear it in the living area. King beds in the masters were really uncomfortable! Old mattresses or toppers (or both) and all bed pillows were thin & lumpy. TV in back master had issues streaming, would stop after 30 mins with "No signal" error message. This house would be amazing with just a few improvements, but as is, disappointing accommodations for the price.

Great location, could use a deep clean.

We stayed here with another family for a baseball tourney in the area. Pros: wonderful location, nice neighborhood for walking, wonderful layout, plenty of space, comfy beds, perfect size pool, easy access to grocery and restaurants in the area, large backyard, contact with host was great! Cons: carpet is stained and needs replaced, Backyard couch needs replaced, backyard needs a leafblower. lots of yard debris under cushions and on patio.Bring shower shoes. Tile is chipped in a few places and doesnt appear clean. Large bathroom and bedroom shower floor tile is decorative and not meant for a shower floor. Our families cooked several meals. The kitchen says fully stocked. I would not describe it that way. It has an average set of plates, bowls, glassware and silverware. A few spatulas, zero serving spoons, no whisk, pans were average size and needed replaced, cookie sheets were aged and well loved. We covered with foil to use. There is one large mixing bowl and a strainer. Coffee pot needs replaced. There was a keurig, but it looked like it needed cleaned, so we used the dated pot coffee maker. It was fine. This house can accomadate a group but the kitchenware made it challenging to cook for one. There was one kitchen towel to use and each person got a shower towel. We did lots of laundry due to lack of extra towels. All the things we lacked were not a huge deal, we just figured it out. Overall our families would stay here again, we would just pack some extra items.

Nice place but...

This is a great layout and awesome back yard. But the biggest problem is the internet doesn't work at all!!! We couldn't even watch TV. Which was super inconvenient.

Amazing girls weekend! Super clean vrbo

We had a group of girls stay here for a weekend and we were super impressed with how clean this property was, even the pool was so clean. They layout of the house was perfect and the backyard was amazing with the most beautiful sunset views. This property was equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. It was also so close to everything. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Home not as described and dirty

I specifically rented this house because of the pictures of the backyard after looking for a long time. We had a large group and the focus was going to be outside. The 4 chairs were not useable. The outside had not been cleaned or even looked at as there was still a banner on the ground from a previous party. There was a fish smell coming from the dishwasher that we made several of us gag. I imeediately contacted the owner. The chair situation she was aware of but said they wouldn’t get resolved when we were there. Very disappointed. She offered a cleaner to come but said they had already been there and ran the dishwasher. We couldn’t stay at this location as if they already thought it was clean and the dishwasher was left in that state we were very concerned with the rest of the house. The backyard was not like the pictures and unusable for what we wanted. We had to find emergency housing costing me an additional 2000.00. I am truly disappointed to say the owner refused to refund any money except the cleaning fee and VRBO has not accepted any responsibility. They charge 300 to ensure safety and yet they have done nothing. The house was in a good location and the communication up to that point was ok with the owner. I understand there has been positive feedback before but something has happened between then and now.
