There is a self-contained kitchen, plantation shutters and a single lock-up garage. There is also a security door downstairs with intercom. There are 2 bedrooms with a King bed and trio bunk, and a two-way bathroom. This unit includes all of the personal linen. Please note that it is located on the third floor via stairs.

Windsurfer Vue is about a 5 minute stroll to the Golden Beach shops where you will find a newly reburbished IGA Supermarket, a choice of new gourmet cafes, a bakery and casual take-away options. There is also a boat hire service diagonally across the road where you can hire BBQ boats, tinnies, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and bikes.

Central Caloundra can be walked to via a coastal pathway where you will find a choice of playgrounds and shady areas along the way.
