Job

Had an out of town job and this was much more pleasant than staying in a hotel. The ease of getting in and out along with the proximity to the beach was awesome

February in Florida with Friends

We had a wonderful stay in Jacksonville with friends for the month of February. The property was updated and very clean. Check-in/out was easy and the property management company responded to questions in a timely manner.Everything we needed was available at the home. We especially liked the outdoor space which included a fenced yard and sliding glass doors and a paved patio with seating off of two of the three bedrooms. This also made it perfect for our pets. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and places to eat. We look forward to returning to this property again next year.

Clean, beautiful but no cable.

House was exceptionally clean and beautifully updated w/ full bathroom and kitchen supplies. Cable was advertised but not provided so we missed biggest games of the year, which were not available on the streaming apps. Maintenance was very responsive in repairing back yard fence. Curtains on sliding doors cumbersome hung w/wider curtain on doors to go out.

Best place to recuperate!

My mother and father stayed here after my mom‘s kidney transplant at Mayo clinic. They were in the house for almost 6 weeks and our family came and visited them several times during the stay. We were all able to be comfortable and have our own space, the cleanliness of the property and newness of all of the amenities were unparalleled. I am so grateful for this place as it allowed my mother to concentrate solely on getting well. We are now all happy and healthy and reunited back home in Hilton head. I highly recommend the space to anybody undergoing a transplant or long-term stay at Mayo. It is only eight minutes from the clinic, and easy walk to the beach, And surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and places like target and bed Bath and beyond for supplies. Don’t think twice, just book it!
