Welcome to the Executive Suite by Empire Estates! This bright and modern condo unit is professionally managed and cleaned, ensuring you get the most out of your stay. The cozy open concept layout is complemented by stylish finishes throughout, along with everything you need for a comfortable visit.
Situated only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 to the heart of downtown, this beautiful condo is the perfect place for your next trip to Calgary!
- The space
GENERAL
This condo unit is west facing and on the top floor of the building. On clear days there is a fantastic view of the Rocky Mountains, and every night there are stunning sunset views that light up the sky with color.
KITCHEN
The full kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook a 5-star meal, and dishes can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher. Full coffee station offers a variety of flavours, a decaf option, as well as lots of tea to choose from.
Complimentary sugar, cream, and oatmeal are also provided.
Cleaning supplies, garbage, and recycling are under sink.
LIVING ROOM
Inside you’ll find a cozy living room furnished with a 50” smart TV and a sectional that pulls out into a bed for an additional sleeping space. Extra pillows are in the storage compartment of the sectional. There’s games, cards and more to help keep you entertained during your stay.
BEDROOM
The comfy bedroom comes with a Euro top mattress fitted with a comforted protector, along with full, freshly washed linens, pillows, and duvet. The bedside lamps have USB ports for easy charging while you sleep. There's also an air purifier with 4 settings which provides calming white noise to help you fall asleep.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is clean and tidy with everything you need, along with moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash to help protect against the harshness of dry Calgary air.
OFFICE
There’s a dedicated office space with sliding privacy doors for when you need to work on the road. A comfy leather chair can be adjusted to ensure your relaxed and comfortable while you work. Comes complete with pens, notepads and paper to help you be as efficient as possible when it comes to your work.
LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer are available along with detergent to keep your clothing fresh. Clean towels and linen are also stocked if needed.
BALCONY
The balcony is closed in for complete privacy and covered on top so the outdoor vibe can be enjoyed even during rainstorms. Comes with 2 chairs and a side table. Smoking is allowed out here under the condition that you close the balcony door, and use the provided ashtray.
