8 night stay

Excellent property just as described! We brought our 2 dogs and had no issues with the rental. Alice thanks so much for letting us enjoy your home and the pool. The pool area was fabulous. Would rent again. Quiet neighborhood and everything is close. The beach was a short drive about 15-20 minutes.

Blew away our expectations

This property definitely had more than expected to offer and all the amenities you need, down to the Ninja Coffee maker. Also, TVs are top notch. Pool was perfect temp and clean. Definitely in my favorites and right near my parents place.

Very good place to stay.

Very nice, clean place to stay for family of four. Check-in, management, kitchen, outdoor patio all really good. Enjoyed staying here very much. Only downside is pool was not heated and water a little on cold side for end of March. And not part of a community, so house is in a regular neighborhood. Overall, very good place and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable, private, GREAT value

The house was very welcoming, and a nice amount of room for two adults. Very comfortable; neutrally decorated so it didn’t feel too much like “someone else’s house”. Kitchen and living room are well-appointed. As other reviews have said, the master suite is closed off, so you have two smaller bedrooms and a small bathroom — both were fine. The beds are comfortable but small (I think they are full). The outside area (pool/lanai) are great; very comfortable for relaxing. Water was cold, but nice after a hot March day. Outdoor big screen TV/stereo was a big plus. Host was great — very responsive ahead of time, and wasn’t needed during stay. Note: you are in a neighborhood, and a pretty dense one at that; everyone we encountered was friendly, and it was very quiet on the weekend, but during the week, you do get your typical neighborhood noise — dogs, people, power tools, etc. — but it never rose to the level of bothersome for us. All in all, it was a terrific, affordable spring break getaway with privacy that was close enough to Port St. Lucie, Ft. Pierce and Hutchinson Island for us. Would recommend.

Somewhat disappointed...

Positive: The checking process was very easy, just unlocked the door and we were in. All instructions were provided after the final payment was made. The phone number for the local contact was also provided and we were able to get clarification on a couple of questions we had. The area is nice and quiet, so good for relaxing, easy access to shopping, but about ½ drive from the beach. Car definitely required! Negative: The photo of the property on the Evolve website shows a whole house, which is misleading because in reality the homeowners only rent a portion of the house – the 2 secondary bedrooms. The whole separate wing of the house, which contains the master bedroom, and a master bathroom is blocked off, so renters only have access to the 2 secondary bedrooms, which are very small and dark… so small there isn’t enough room for a night table beside the queen size bed. Bathroom – Tiny!!!… not much room to move around, and no counter space on the sink for any toiletries. The yard area – sad looking and not well maintained. Grass very spars exposing back sandy soil/dirt. The front yard was much nicer and better maintained. Overall cleanliness of the house - Poor!!! Very underwhelming and not quite what we expected for the price we paid.

Oasis away from home

What a fantastic stay at the home. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was big and cozy. Big screen TV. Kitchen area awesome. Open concept. Outdoor patio and pool with fountain feature was just flat out spectacular. Giant TV, Outdoor Fridge, Grill, lounge chairs and dining table. You felt like you were at a resort. My wife and our little dog had a great time. Don't know if the price will go up on the VRBO in the future but if it stays reasonable I would definitely book it again.

Pool Fun

This property was fairly clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that there wasn't a Mater Bedroom. The house was split up so that there were only 2 small bedrooms available. It felt a bit crammed. The property is well maintained and updated. The pool was clean and very refreshing as the days in August are extremely hot. I would definitely stay again.

Had our 3 grandkids come play during our stay. Plenty of room for adults to relax out of sun and the pool equipment a lot of fun for kids. Very updated and clean, comfortable space
