Located on the prestigious Pollack Esplanade, Woolgoolga Headland, the luxury residence is a short stroll to the beautiful beaches of Woolgoolga along with many local cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops.

As you enter this luxurious property, you are greeted by beautifully polished hard wood timber floors and the large open plan living area. The spacious kitchen and dining area open out to the first floor covered entertainment area through large glass stacking doors, creating a fusion of inside/outside coastal living.

Enjoy your perfect holiday escape with family and friends, marvelling at the views from the second level balcony. Embrace the sunrise with your morning coffee whilst spotting whales and local pods of dolphins frolicking in the ocean.

The property is cooled by ducted Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout for those hot summer days. Alternatively keep warm and cosy on cool winter evenings by the large fireplace, The perfect spot to curl up with your favourite book and hot drink (or maybe a glass of wine).

Best location on the Coffs Coast
A perfect location and perfect surrounds. Tastefully appointed and everything you need for a fabulous break. Comfortable beds, great water pressure and perfectly appointed kitchen and appliances. Not many places provide the benefit of a short walk to the beach as well as fabulous views - we will definitely be back!

Perfect house in the perfect location
We really enjoyed out time in this beautiful home which is well set up with everything you could possibly need and more for a home away from home. The location is perfect with water views and a short walk to beaches with a beautiful walking track to the point. We have stayed in many, many homes over the years and this was definitely one of our favourites. Already planning to come back.

Fantastic
Loved the whole house. Great amenities, extras such as Alfoil, baking paper, paper towels etc saved us having to bring it. Games for adults and kids, having a couple of hoses outside and outdoor shower very handy. Great to have a vacuum on hand also. A terrific stay for the gamy.

Beautiful property in fabulous location with great views and close to beach and shops. The house was well appointed, tastefully decorated, spacious and immaculate. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Sea change family get together
Overall we were impressed by the layout, furnishing and how well equipped the property was. Ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. It was perfect for us, as grandparents with older children and grandchildren with private spaces but a good size living area. Easy walk to cafes and beach and uninterrupted northern aspect made it quite idyllic. Perhaps the only slight negative was the lawn area needed some attention.

Great house but poor experience after our stay
House is near-new and located over the road from the ocean. Very modern, spacious, nicely furnished and with a wonderful view. We really enjoyed our stay here. However, after we left the agent/owner claimed we had scratched the hardwood floors and we went through a quite a stressful process of back and forth until we got NSW Fair Trading involved and they backed off. This spoilt an otherwise great stay...
