Fully equipped to cook or bake any gourmet meals. (also all types of coffee maker, trancheuse a jambon, beer tender machine, soda stream, etc..) Large island connected to a 10 person sitting table. Industrial loft look with “béton ciré” floors and metal details. High end materials used: "chêne massif" and counter / sink “taillés dans la pierre, pierre bleue”. Original traditional ceilings refurbished. “Poutres apparentes et platre”. A “pole a bois en fonte” provides radiant heat during cold fall or spring nights.This is the place where you’ll spend most of your time as everyone tend to gather around the central table.

Complete with double beds these rooms are separated by sliding wooden doors so can be turned into one large room if needed for a family. Shared bathroom with Italian Shower.

Bedroom 1 - Master Suite of 40m2:

Complete with queen bed and fireplace with oak sliding doors leading to a 20m2 upscale En Suite Bathroom with large closets. Featuring contemporary double sink, toilet, large Italian shower, high end contemporary large tiles on floor and walls and a beautiful standalone bath set in the middle of the room with stunning views of the Alpilles mountain range.

EXTERIOR

The house sits on a 2 acres of land on top of small hill with 50 olives trees. The house is accessible from a private laneway which arrives at the back of the house and with ample parking with 2 covered parking spots.

Outside the front of the house sits a charming seating area with 2 chairs and table. Set under the shade of one of the many mature Chestnut trees is a large teak dining table and chairs to seat 10 people and a beautiful designer seating area for 4 people along with a stone table and bench made from local stone which lends itself to the perfect spot for an evening aperitif.

The garden also hosts a cosy moroccan style covered outdoor lounge with seating for 12 people or more with 2 large local stone tables and built in benches with stylish pillows proving to be the perfect spot for lunch in the shade or late dinners.

Pool - 11m x 5m

The beautiful pool is completed with stone decking and surrounded by lavender and pink laurels. The pool has a manual pool cover and 2m x 5m ledge making it very safe for children to use. 6 Lounge Chairs, a full outdoor Sofa set, a Ping Pong table, BBQ and Swing Set are also provided.

Located on the edge of the Alpilles Mountain Range, the property is ideally located to visit many of the famous villages Provence has to offer - a 10 minute drive from the desirable villages of Eygaliers and St Rémy de Provence, 15 minute drive to Les Baux de Provence, 20 Minute drive to Avignon Centre, 25 minute drive to the beautiful hilltop towns of the Luberon - Gordes, Menerbes, Rousillon and Lourmarin to name just a few, 45 minute drive to the city of Aix en Provence and an hour drive to beaches either at Cassis or in the Camargue.

Situation bruyante à côté de la Départementale 7.

Nous avons été très surpris qu'aucun commentaire n'ait fait mention de la localisation de la maison située à une centaine de mètres de la départementale 7. De la piscine nous avions vue sur le trafic des voitures, camions,.... Quel bruit et quelle déception ! Nous recherchions le calme de la campagne. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée mais cela n'a pas suffi pour que nous passions d'agréables vacances car la liste des dysfonctionnements est longue: Le wifi est hors service la moitié du temps (pas de télétravail possible) Pas de volet ni d'alarme pour la piscine (dangereux et contraire à la loi) Le lave vaisselle est inefficace; la vaisselle ressort sale et graisseuse. Jardin non clôturé ce qui nous a valu la visite régulière d un chien qui nous laissait ses excréments. Les lits hormis la chambre parentale sont très étroits pour deux adultes (1m40 max) Les extérieurs ne sont pas soignés; des détritus, mauvaises herbes un peu partout dans le jardin et graviers. Les coussins des fauteuils de jardins sont tellement sales qu'ils ne vous invitent pas à vous assoir. Odeurs régulières d'huile ou d'essence à l'extérieur provenant probablement des cadavres de voitures présents dans le voisinage. En résumé, une piètre rapport qualité / prix ! Nous avons fait part de nos griefs aux propriétaires via la gestionnaire mais n'avons reçu aucune réponse....

Comfortable Mas in Luberon

This picturesque stone estate has just about everything you need for a family or group getaway: clean, updated stone farmhouse nicely furnished on a quiet hillside and well located to explore the Luberon region. The pool is a touch on the small side but well situated with lounges and a nice view. One nitpick is that none of the tiny solar lights leading down to and around the pool worked, and the barbecue was an old, basic Weber with rusted grill. -- surprising given the care given to furnishing the house and kitchen and having it spotless on our arrival. Do note the drive entrance is not marked and hard to spot - its right next to the tractor dealership at the property entrance off the highway. Grocery and bakery nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Superbe maison familiale idéalement située

Excellent accueil pour un magnifique séjour . La maison au calme est idéalement située pour rayonner près d'Egalyeres, Saint Remy ou les villages du Luberon. La maison est très bien équipée et pleine de charme. La piscine parfaitement intégrée dans le jardin est de très belle dimension. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur confiance. Séjour été 2017

J'ai passé 10 jours de rêve cet été avec mes enfants et petits enfants dans ce superbe mas qui dégage de bonnes ondes. Nous étions 10 sans jamais se sentir à l'étroit. Se retrouver au coucher du soleil autour de la table en pierre sous le marronnier devant la maison, ou au salon de jardin aménagé près de la piscine, est un pur plaisir. La piscine en pierre est très belle, avec une grande plage pour les enfants. La cuisine ouverte qui se prolonge par la longue table de salle à manger est une lieu de vie convivial où l'on a envie de se regrouper. La décoration intérieure est raffinée et de très bon goût. Le salon billard bien au frais est un lieu de repos très agréable. La suite "parentale" est spacieuse et plus que confortable. Et les gestionnaires de la maison sont disponibles et efficaces. A titre d'exemple, nous avons eu un problème de wifi qui a été immédiatement résolu en plein weekend de 15 août ! Je recommande vivement cette maison sans vis à vis qui dispose d'un grand jardin planté d'oliviers. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Je suggère toutefois, pour y être encore mieux, l'ajout d'une grande table de jardin pour prendre les repas dehors à l'ombre des arbres qui forment une tunnel de verdure entre le mas et la piscine. Merci aux propriétaires d'avoir bien voulu partager cette maison avec nous. Christine

Home away from home - with more spoils!

What a beautiful little nugget in the heart of Provence! All of the accommodations were up to date and clean. The inside of this place is gorgeous - especially the master bedroom and bath. Love the large counter/bar space in the kitchen - our family enjoyed some of our best, quality time during our meals. The pool was perfect for lounging around - so was the outdoor seating/grilling area when we were not stuffing out face with pizza at the snazzy joint just a minute or two away.

Super séjour de Pâques

Nous avons séjourné en famille, petits et grands , dans ce magnifique mas , pour les vacances de Pâques. Demeure très agréable , nous avons apprécié les soirées auprès du feu dans la vaste cheminée , ou à jouer au billard dans le grand salon. Les enfants peuvent avoir leur espace jeu dans la mezzanine, mais aussi se dépenser dans le grand domaine autour du mas ( il fait beau en Provence à Pâques ) L'espace cuisine très convivial et parfaitement équipé permet de se réunir autour de la plancha . Il nous est arrivé aussi de pouvoir déjeuner à l'extérieur dans salon en pierre , près de la maison . Mas très spacieux où chaque personne peut se sentir comme chez soi . Nous avons profité de ce séjour pour visiter les villages de Provence . À conseiller les Baux de Provence et le site archéologique de Glanum à St Rémy de Provence . Nous pensons que séjourner dans ce mas doit être agréable en toutes saisons . autour de la maison ( il fait beau en Provence à Pâques ) . L'espace cuisine

Home away from home !

We were looking for a rental to share by three families for one week over the end of summer (6 adults and four children). This house was adapted to all our needs. It easily housed us all without feeling cramped. Adults and kids had a great time in the beautiful pool adapted to adults and young children (shallow saltwater pool on one end for young kids to play without parents having to hold kids all along, and the other end for adults and swimmers). There was a very large garden with the typical gardens full of olive trees and very fragrant lavender plants. Everything in the house was top quality and cooking in that kitchen was a dream. Nestled in the heart of Plan d'Orgon, it was a quick drive from Cavaillon, Eygalieres, and St Remy de Provence. We had a great time. Thanks!

Superbe Mas Provençal

J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner dans ce magnifique Mas. Sa situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la région, les villes, villages du Lubéron (St Rémy, l’Isle sur la Sorgue…) et même une virée en bord de mer (Cassis Marseille…) , des commodités sont toutes proches (supermarché et même salle de gym juste à côté) La demeure est appropriée pour un séjour entre amis, en famille ; chacun trouve son espace de tranquillité si il le souhaite ; les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs étant vraiment spacieux – Divers endroits ont été aménagés avec des ambiances différentes : on peut déjeuner à l’ombre du salon marocain et prendre l’apéro à plusieurs endroits auprès de la piscine en un peu plus en hauteur près de la maison La vue de la piscine sur la Lavande et les Oliviers de la propriété est imprenable. Cette maison a tous les ingrédients pour passer d’excellentes vacances, mention spéciale pour la suite parentale avec salle de bain et sa baignoire grand format, la cuisine véritable espace de vie et de partage autour de sa grande table haute et les parties de billard dans le salon Je recommande vivement ce mas ; il est sûr d’y passer le plus merveilleux des séjours en Provence

Exceptional stay in Provence

We had a wonderful time in Provence, and much of that was due to this charming, very cozy, exceptionally well equipped and marvelously renovated house. This is the perfect home base for your stay in Provence. Indeed, it is close to very nice villages such as Eygalières or Saint Rémy de Provence where we had unforgettable dinners and nice experiences in the different local and typical markets. We also visited the vineyards nearby, where you can taste the delightful rosé wine. We were with our kids and friends and we spent many happy moments there. This house is perfect for convivial gathering moments with families and friends, but we also had our private moments : it is very spacious so our friends had their own bathroom and plenty of space for themselves. We definitely recommend staying at this property. It was absolutely lovely and we had a beautiful holiday there!

Mas authentique en Provence

Charming corner in Provence

I’ve spent few days in this beautiful and charming house in the heart of Provence, the perfect place for family and friends holidays, or for a break from the craziness of the big cities. The house is cozy and comfortable; it feels like you’re at home. You can relax near the swimming pool or under the trees, surrounded by lavender’s perfume, or visiting the Region (Avignon, Saint Rémi de Provence, Arles, etc.). I definitely recommend this property !

Idéale pour réunion de famille

nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour une cousinade dans cette magnifique demeure très bien entretenue et idéalement située pour visiter St Rémy de Provence, Avignon et d'autres villages au charme unique... le soir réconfort au bord de la piscine puis foot, pétanque ou balançoire avant de se réunir autour d'un barbecue !! allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus :) (les photos sont conformes à la réalité ce qui n'a pas toujours été le cas dans nos locations précédentes !!!!)

la maison du bonheur !!!

La maison est juste exceptionnelle !!! Elle est très agréable pour les petits comme les grands. On peut passer de bonnes soirées détente au calme ou des journées pleine de jeux dans le grand jardin. Les prestations sont de très bonnes qualités et de bon goût, maison très bien entretenue. Les enfants peuvent avoir leurs espaces. Activités et services de proximités Le descriptif et les photos sont tout à fait conformes à nos attentes. On recommande bien évidemment ce bel endroit.

nou avons passé un excellent moment en famille à l'occasion d'une cousinade dans cette magnifique demeure. Idéalement située pour visiter Saint Rémy de Provence, Avignon et plein d'autres villages au charme unique... le jardin est un magnifique terrain de jeux pour grands et petits (piscine, foot, balançoire, pétanque et bien sûr l'apéro et les barbecues :)) allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.!

La provence, tout simplement

Ma famille et moi avons séjourné dans cette maison à plusieurs reprises ces 5 dernières années, et je dois avouer que nous n'en gardons que de merveilleux souvenirs. Nous avons 2 enfants, et cette demeure possède tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter trouver pour les vacances entre amis ou en famille! La piscine, les soirées autour du barbecue, les sorties en poney juste à proximité!! Il y a beaucoup à faire et la télévision ne sert jamais!! Cette maison nous a beaucoup plu pour son comfort (la cuisine est juste géniale! c'est vraiment le lieu de vie), mais aussi car elle permet d'associer des promenades dans la campagne provencale pour prendre un grand bol d'air, avec des journées à la plage (les calanques de Marseille, Cassis sont à moins d'une heure de voiture), et les sorties plus culturelles à Saint Rémi de Provence ou encore à Arles avec le festival de Photos, (plus pour adultes, mais très très sympa), et enfin les soirées à St Tropez pour les plus motivés! La maison est assez grande pour y séjourner entre amis, ou en famille. il y a vraiment beaucoup de place et d'espace et on ne marche pas dessus. Pour découvrir ou re découvrir la région, c'est l'endroit idéal!

Tres Chic

I have stayed at this beautiful oasis several times, each time was better than the last. Staying in the Provence area, in my opinion, might be hard to "not" be amazing, but this beautiful gem only made it better than amazing - it made it spectacular. The house itself is really terrific - comfortable, cozy and great for cooking and entertaining. Lots of room for guests and the design is contemporary yet just rustic enough so you can really feel the age and history in the walls. The setting is tranquil - lavender and olive trees surround the beautiful pool - perfect for a late afternoon dip and glass of Rose as the sun sets and you get ready for dinner. Actually, writing about it makes me want to make another reservation.... I cannot recommend this beautiful home enough - not only will it give you a fantastic home base as you explore the many hidden treasures that the region has to offer but it will offer you a welcome place to entertain, relax and experience one on the best vacations you may ever have.

Stunning fully renovated home with modern amenities, while maintaining all the original charm. I've stayed at this property three times in the last few years and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to Provence. While the location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway with family and friends, you're only miles away from the activity in St Remy and a short drive to the beaches and nightlife in St Tropez. J'ai passé une semaine inoubliable dans ce mas provençal pour qui m'a complètement fait oublié ma vie stressante parisienne. La maison est juste à coupé le souffle, pièces harmonieuses, très belle décoration . Patio très sympa pour prendre l'apéritif et moments de détente inoubliable au bord de la piscine toujours ensoleillée. Le soir c'était dîner avec nos amis à la maison ou sortie à Saint Rémy de Provence , Eygalières ou l'on peut dîner et faire la fête en famille ou entre amis.

Beautiful home with tons of charm....

Spent a week in this incredible home. Feels like a historic farmhouse but lives like a modern hotel. Hidden treasure in the outskirts of southern France. Enjoy day trips to St Remy,Gorges or even Nice. Or simply enjoy an aperitif and a local vintage on the patio while you are surrounded by lavender. Will not disappoint.

Serenity Now!

This has been a favorite spot for me to unwind ever since I first stayed here. I have come back specifically to stay here more then 5 times from the United States. From the cherry trees to the olive trees and the violet lavender that surrounds the pool, this place could not be any more quintessentially french. If you are looking for the perfect place for you and your friends and family to have an authentic South of France experience look no further. The state of the art kitchen with the poured concrete floors in this fully renovated Provincial Mas is nothing short of perfection. The bedrooms are quite and private even with a full house. The reality is I could be happy never leaving the property but the house is so centrally located that it makes day trips to close by towns like Gordes, Saint Remy de Provence, and nearby Eygalleries to beautiful and easy to pass up. I really cannot say enough good things about this place and perhaps I shouldn't for fear it won't be available to me in the future but when I find something this good I just want others to be able to enjoy it as much as I have. If you want, you can stop looking, you have found it ------- This IS The One!

Perfect Location for Exploring Provence

This property is perfectly situated to explore all that Provence has to offer. If traveling by train from other French cities, it's a 30 minute drive from the Avignon train station. The wonderful town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is nearby as well as numerous others within a short distance. We went with several friends who enjoy cycling and found the surrounding areas area to be a cyclists dream. The property is really nice with a great salt water pool and plenty of areas to sit and relax. I especially liked sitting by the pool while looking out at the olive grove and listening to the Cicadas. The house is very well appointed and with several rooms to accommodate a larger group. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you could need. Each evening, we would gather in the outdoor dining area and enjoy the local cuisine and wines. There are also several excellent restaurants within a short drive. If you are looking for a very nice place to either stay and relax, or explore Provence, I would highly recommend this property.
