Wellcome to el Nìu de Can Sulo. The house is set in the oldpart of the small town of Rocallaura, 90 minutes from Barcelona.

Situated at the entrance of the town, this four storey house faces a spectacular landscape with views over the valley of corn and the Tallat hill.



With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Can Sulo can sleep up to 8 people.

The entire property is at your disposal; its 70m² lounge with bar, the kitchen in the former wine cellar, the Roman swimming pool, a charming walled garden as well as two terraces both with fantastic views.

The whole building has been sensitively restored, saving the original architectural features that give it so much charm and personality.



Enjoy absolute peace and tranquillity within the stone walls of our 18th century house.

Casa grande, dividida en 4 plantas.

Una casa de pueblo grande, dividida en varias estancias individuales y separadas entre si, perfecto para ir en grupos familiares de amigos. Pueblo muy , muy tranquilo, pero con pocos servicios, solo hay un local social que hace de bar. Imprescindible desplazarse para hacer la compra. Casa bien equipada y muy limpia. Trato con el propietario familiar y muy simpático

Casa can Sulo

La casa está bien, aunque no estaba muy limpia. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, pero el comedor tiene unos muebles un poco descuidados. En el anuncio pone que hay jardín pero es un patio exterior muy pequeño y el agua de la piscina, al ser interior, está helada. Encontramos el precio un poco caro por lo que ofrece la casa.
