The Space:
Burleigh Yamba is fresh and clean with a beachy vibe. It's stylish, but not so fashion-forward that you feel like you can't relax into it.
The people watching is a big part of the appeal with this home. You can sit on the North-Easterly facing balcony that captures the ocean breeze and be entertained by the comings and goings around Yamba Main Beach.
We welcome up to 8 people to stay upstairs at Burleigh Yamba. We provide beds and linen for 7 people and offer an extra single trundle. You will need to bring linen if you wish to use this spare mattresses for an eighth person.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, aircon, a smart TV and built-in wardrobes. The Second bedroom has a queen size bed, aircon and built-in wardrobe and the third bedroom has a single bunk bed with trundle and an extra single bed with ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. There is a shared family bathroom with separate toilet.
There is a huge two vehicle lock-up garage downstairs with a fold up ping-pong table for those rare rainy days.
We have free, fast and unlimited WiFi. The laundry with washer and dryer is located downstairs in the double garage.
Bed and bathroom linen and luxury Leif bathroom consumables are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Burleigh on Main is the entire ocean-facing living area of this enormous home. It's the entire top floor, entryway, double lock up garage and double driveway out the front. Downstairs, to the rear of the garage there is a separate granny flat with access from the back yard. It is extremely private and sound proof. Please see photos for floor plan.
We welcome our guests to Burleigh on Main to park excess vehicles or boats and use the clothes line in the back yard. Access to the property however is from the front of the premises.
Guest Access:
The property has a two car lock up garage; space for two cars to park in front of the garage on the driveway and plenty of free parking on the road out the front.
The Neighborhood:
Burleigh Yamba is about as good as it gets as far as position goes in Yamba. From our place, you can walk to all five of Yamba's major beaches, the restaurants, the Pacific Hotel, the Lighthouse and to town.
Getting Around:
Everything is walking distance from Burleigh Yamba including the restaurants, the boutiques, the Friendly Grocer, the SPAR grocery store and the bottle shop. If you want to venture a little further you can hire bikes from the local bike shop. You can park two cars in the lock up garage, a further three in the backyard and there is free parking across the road.
Other Things to Note:
The side driveway is shared with our next door neighbour.
For guests who have stayed in the past, the self contained apartment downstairs at the rear of the garage is no longer accessible.
There are now three, three seater sofas in the living area which have been replaced since these photos were taken to seat more guests.
