With high-end fixtures and fittings throughout the private bedroom has large robes and a beautiful bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Fixtures include an Induction cook-top, dishwasher, inbuilt fridge, smart TV and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning top off this beautiful space.

Built over 100 years ago, the property features exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors with a modern-industrial look and feel.

Vibrant, funky & full of life! Pakington Street is a 5-minute walk from The Radford. Enjoy the many cafes, restaurants & shops along this wonderful street.

Easy walking distance to most amenities are available near by.

We can provide a portable cot and high-chair upon request. Please comply with the parking instructions and show consideration to your neighbours . A $100 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout visit outside of normal business hours. Please note there is no freezer at this property.
