This is the second Casa Tranquila beach house on property. The open floor plan layout allows guest to immerse themselves in the beach vibe with its incredible views of the ocean from all areas of the house. Casa Tranquila means relaxing house, you will enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful 2km long sandy beach with access to some of Nicaraguas unique pleasures such as surfing, fishing and kayaking. Happened across this amazing spot during my 2019 travels and took a heap of faith to purchase and develop. The project has been challenging with a multitude of obstacles to overcome but one of the most rewarding and enjoyable of my life.
Why they chose this property
The fantastic location provides access to local hot springs, horse backing riding, fishing, boat trips, kayaking and of course some of the most incredible surf in Central America. Surf boards are available for rent upon request. The beach also hosts a wide range of amazing restaurants offering delicious local and foreign cuisine choices. Additionally to this there are also 2 small grocery store and fruit and vegetable trucks that goes by every day. Another amazing attraction in the area include the Chacocente National Reserve where turtles arrive in great numbers certain times of the year.
