Pompano Tranquility - Private 4 Bedroom w/ heated Pool & Close to Beach

The house is very centrally located, close to all shopping, and only minutes away from the beach. Once you arrive at the beautifully paved circular driveway and enter the house, you can’t help but notice how large the living room is, featuring a grand piano, a seating section with two chairs and a sofa, and then a third area for watching TV and relaxing in the large L-shaped couch. What’s more, there is a separate dining room, and if you prefer to be outside, there is a screened-in covered patio with a dining table, and a little lounge area with bamboo furniture. In other words, in this vacation rental, you can be assured that you will all be able to comfortably spread out to fully relax and enjoy every moment.

The kitchen is larger than most, with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and lots of shaker-style cabinets. Equally impressive are the sleeping arrangements, starting with a master bedroom that feels like another living room, with a King-size bed and a large private cabana bathroom that leads to the pool. Two other bedrooms also each have a King-size bed, and then the fourth bedroom comes with a Queen-size. And to top it all off, every bed in the house has hotel style linens with duvet inserts and covers, to give you that 5-Star feeling when you’re ready to nod off. On a side note, for those who need to conduct business while away, one of the bedrooms has the perfect set up with two different workstations.

The backyard is very private and features two different seating areas, a hammock, and a fenced in heated saltwater pool that is perfect for families with small children.

Pompano Beach has famously earned the nickname “The Heart of the Gold Coast” for its coveted location between Palm Beach and Miami. The town is home to an amazing selection of the irresistible sun & fun adventures South Florida is known for, including brilliant sandy beaches, scuba & snorkeling, fishing, boat and watercraft rentals, and much more. The town's iconic 1,000 feet long municipal pier is a sightseer's paradise, with countless nearby options for dining, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was very convenient and central to shops. The home had enough space for a family. However the home was not up to par. It was very difficult getting the lights on or even finding the appropriate switch. There are 4 rooms and only one had a TV and it was not the master room. The towels were stained. The shower and sinks in the bathroom did not drain well. The carpet in the master room had a black stain and the AC vent in the dining room leaks. It has been leaking a while due to the stains around the vent. The AC thermostat in the Master bedroom is falling off the wall and didn’t appear to be cooling the room. Just to name a few. I have stayed at several rental properties but this was by far the worse in terms of upkeep. I didn’t spend much time in the home as we were there for an event, but the time spent in the home was not too enjoyable due to these issues.

Awesome home

Very happy with the our stay at this home. I would recommend this for any family. Close to many beaches and shopping. The one room did have a funny smell to it but we used scents and only slept once in the room. Sad about that. Enjoyed the fact the living area had nice sectional furniture, but it is a little aged. Only one bedroom had a TV which most place I have stayed had one in each bedroom. We also had an unexpected visit from Orkin which was a little surprising we were not notified they would be treating the house but also made it through that. All in all, the home had all you needed it is roomy and very clean. The porch and pool area was amazing. We had a nice stay Thank you.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this quiet, comfortable home. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The heated pool was really nice. The management company was outstanding with a few minor requests we made. They answered us promptly and with a smile. The location is very nice - quiet residential street but close to shopping and dining. We had a wonderful stay!

Nice and spacious

Really nice and spacious place all the bedroom are huge and the living space was really well design to accommodate large groups. Only downside is that the spa was not working and the pool heater was not working so the water in the pool was really cold since we had couple of days in the 40-45 Fahrenheit at the beginning of the stay.

Ashman Sibling retreat

2651 Was a beautiful place. Siblings from Iowa California Arizona and Missouri met for our annual get together. One plays piano and loved the baby grand. The pool was great. We all slept wonderful on comfy beds with good pillows, a most important thing on vacation. Nice big fridge allowed for our soda and water to be cold on demand. We loved the lanai and spent much time there when not at the do I g room playing cards and games. We’re were disappointed the ice machine in fridge did not work. Local channels on main tv for football and weather would be nice. We were there when tropical storm hurricane Nicole came through. Could have used taller trash bins in the kitchen trash/recycle. A ceiling fan in the 4 th bedroom would have been nice and also a small dresser to place wallets watches jewelry etc. overall we would come back and would love to bring our own children and grand children some day. 2 weeks family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this vacation rental for two weeks in October 2022 and are generally satisfied with our stay. We had a good time in the spacious house and made good use of the fantastic pool and other amenities when staying. The property is in a good spot for beach vacation (8 minutes by car) and shopping is close by (Publix in walking distance).All information on the website regarding the house are accurate and the pictures give a realistic impression of the house. The pool and the kitchen were great, AC is working properly. The owner also provided 2 brand new bikes.However, there were some downsides: The interior is a bit aged and one of the bedrooms had a strange smell which we could only get rid of using Febreze. There is also one bedroom which does not have any closet which can be a problem depending on the group you are travelling with. The seating area on the patio is very uncomfortable and could be updated.We had some issues with the pool and contacted Sebastian from iRenta and he immediately took action, and the issue was resolved. I highly recommend iRenta - they were very professional and friendly; they reacted quickly and hold up to the promise to deliver us beach chairs and towels on the first day of our stay.Excellent customer service.

Very nice home in a great location

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice , clean, and spacious and very conveniently located to several restaurants and stores and not far from the beaches. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and spacious. Needed to be cleaned daily thanks to the lizards dropping their gifts over night in the pool and the lounge area, but there was a hose and scooper available to help clean it out. The jacuzzi needed some cleaning but we didn't really find a need to use it. Bring beach/pool towels. We found an ironing board but no Iron. There were only 2 tvs in the home and only one picked up channels. I would recommend adding more. Overall, we were very satisfied and would consider renting again for the future.

Great house

I had to ask for the code from the host. It was never sent to me through irenta and there was a car parked in the garage for the length of our stay. We were planning on needing that garage space. Other than that it was a great stay and property. The house sent out a bug exterminator promptly upon request. The kitchen has everything we needed. Pool was great. Thanks for the great stay.
