Excellent location, supplies and amenities

This property is located close to a beautiful beach, has all the supplies we needed (towels, beach paraphernalia), and has excellent amenities (elevator, swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts). The property managers keep things in good shape and the rooms are well designed.

Excellent, updated condo in great location

It was perfect. Very comfortable for me, wife and 2 teenagers. Great ocean view from the balcony; nice small swimming pool; pool table provided hours of fun for the kids. Great location, short drive to Kona and grocery/drug stores. Magic Sands Beach right across the street is delightful.

Great Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as listed and even better in person. The furniture and finishes were clean and modern. The location, while not beach front, was just a short walk down the drive way to Magic Sands beach. The view from the lanai was lovely and a surprising plus was the beautiful plumeria tree right in front of the lanai. We would absolutely book again if available for our next visit.

Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo is clean and well equipped with everything you should need. It is a spacious condo with a large lanai area. Easy access to Magic Sands beach and the pool was very nice. Thank you for a great place to stay while we relaxed on the Big Island! !

This property is fantastic, located right next to Magic Sand Beach. I took a lot of stunning sunset pictures during my stay. The amenities include beach chairs, snorkeling gear, a cooler, and well-equipped kitchen facilities. I recommend this place to my friends.

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed for the beach— snorkels, boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs, coolers. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. And right across from the ocean!

Relaxing Stay

Unit is very close to the elevator and on the second floor. The lanai is set up as an extra living area and is totally private because of its location. Beds were comfortable but watch out for toes on the bed legs. Kitchen was nicely set up. There are beach items for your use. The beach is down at the bottom of the steep entrance to the complex. Great restaurant on the beach

Just as advertised

Condo was exactly as pictured on the website. Everything one would need to cook and eat was available. Chairs in living room were comfortable. Mattress was great. Slept good on it. AC was real handy; especially after coming in from the beach. Beach couldn't have been much easier to get to. Umbrella and beach chairs were great for the beach trips. Good view of the ocean from the lanai. Covered parking was nice for keeping the rental car cool. Short drive to town and grocery stores.

Easy access to beach & town + all the necessities

My mom can be a picky traveler when it comes to where she stays and she loved the place. We had a huge plumeria tree by our balcony - such a blessing to wake up to that smell. There’s not many sandy beaches in Kona but this is across the street from one of the few around (magics). Keauhou shopping center is right down the road, town is the other direction down that same road. Made our stay super easy, thanks Craig!

What a wonderful gift for me to share this amazing relaxing vacation with my birth mother and my son who is graduating high school here on the island … this rental is worthy of a return trip… beach close by and has a lifeguard on duty! Food shopping down the coast on a beautiful island coast drive whithin a few miles fresh fruit and easy access to everything!! Don’t miss out!!
