Bring the whole family to our newly renovated place for lots of fun. This spacious 1750 sqft with 3 big bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Spacious living room and dinning room over looking the beautiful view. Our home provides fully equipped kitchen and family room with cozy fireplace. It is beautifully decorated so ideal for friends and family reunion. Please read the details provided for the master bedroom location and shower facility.

Vancouver Christmas/New Year 2023

The property was roomy, and comfortable, we couldn't seem to make the heating respond at first, so it was a bit cool, then really warm after a few days. The shower didn't have a lot of power, and the water temperature would fluctuate a lot during shower-time. The house had plenty of room for a family, although lighting under kitchen units would improve food preparation processes, because presently it's quite dull lighting. We had a couple of maintenance issues with dishwasher and shower, although the property owner quickly remedied these, so that was good. The property has a large deck, that must be good in the summer, unfortunately we stayed during winter, although it was a shame there wasn't a Christmas tree, to assist the Christmas ambience. Would we stay there again when visiting Vancouver to see relatives, yes, we would, it is a nice property, it just needs a few things tweaking a little, that's all. The location was fine, there is a large supermarket about 10 minutes walk away, and a liquor store about 3 minutes walk away. The main road that runs by the end of the street, takes you into the main city area with a 15-20 minute drive, and parking outside the house is good.

Visiting my son

I stayed at this location with my son and his girlfriend to visit my other son who has lived in Vancouver for the past 12 years. The location was great and the house was clean and just perfect for our stay. We were close to a grocery store and sky train, so it was very nice. The house is well equipped, so we could just hang out and cook some meals. Will return to this location.

Wedding trip in July

This was a great property and host for our stay in Vancouver. Neeta was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in. It was not clear from the listing that not all of the rooms had air conditioning: the two queen bedrooms on the first floor did not have units which was disappointing for our stay in July.

Good place to stay in familly

We spent a short week here with my familly, the house is great, big, we had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms so everybody was independant. The locking process for the door is secured (and cool !), we arrived and left without any problem. If we have friends looking for a place to stay during vacation in Vancouver we will recommand for sure.

Short family visit to Vancouver

Nice home, great location, well stocked kitchen, patio with grill. Only negative is 2 very small showers, depth and width make showering difficult, tight spaces.

A Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay. The house was clean, it was easy to access when we arrived and close to everything we wanted to do. Everyone was comfortable and had space to hang out after being out all day. Neeta was helpful when we contacted her. She always got back to me quickly. The AC units helped keep everything cool as we were there during a hot spell. We would definitely stay again!

Nice house with parking

Newer renovation and in good condition. Convenient location to broadway ave. Grocery store not far away. Parking in rear was a nice plus. Decent drive to downtown, especially during rush hour. House slept 5 people easily. Would stay here again

Wonderful home to stay when exploring Vancouver!

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was very comfortable and had a beautiful kitchen and patio. The only down side was when we arrive at the home is was 85 degrees and they have 3 room air conditioners. It took about 18 hours for the entire home to cool down. Once that happened, it was very comfortable. I would suggest that the cleaning company leave it on a reasonable temperature when they finish. We would stay here again!

Nice house and location

The house is really nice and clean. Very nice kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Only downside is the bathroom in the main bedroom upstairs - it’s super small. But that didn’t ruin the experience, it was just a bit annoying.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

We stayed here for 25 days while our home was being renovated. Neeta was very responsive. The house was clean, well equipped, and located in a residential part of Vancouver. Everything worked. We were comfortable and felt safe. Lot’s of room. We were completely satisfied.

Vancouver vacation

Our stay at the property was nice and comfortable. The location was great and very central to activities in the area. The upstairs bathroom and shower were very small and almost not usable for anyone taller than 5' 5". I'm 5'11" and hit my head on the sloped ceiling at least a dozen times during our stay. The communication with the property manager was not good. She insisted that our family was another party staying at another unit and kept sending us updates on whatever was going on in the other unit even after I told her multiple times that that party was not us.

What a cute house!

The house was really cute, clean, and had enough space for all five of us. The only concern was I am disabled and get around in a scooter, there were stair going down/up to get into the house. There is also no a/c and as a floridian you can't imagine a house that does not have a/c, but in vancouver the weather is so cool and there is no humidity, so there was no need for one while we visited.

The house was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was a wonderful space to spend time with family. The kitchen and living room area had everything we needed.. Would definitely book again

Nice decor in quiet neighborhood.

The home was what our extended family needed as we toured Vancouver before a cruise. We appreciated that every bedroom could designate their own bathroom. Entry code instructions were not exactly clear, but turned out not to be as big a problem as we thought. It was in a very quiet neighborhood but it was far from any restaurants or coffee shops so we had to Uber everywhere, and for 6 people that wasn't always simple. Knowing how far from airport and port in description would have been helpful. All in all, though, a good stay. Thanks!

We were in town for a wedding, so did no dinners in the house, only breakfast and lunch. If we were coking more I would have wanted more options in cooking utensils, including pots and pans. Also, no staples such as oils or spices. Salt and pepper were the only options. Overall comfort was very nice, and really valued having 3 bathrooms, with showers!
