This two-storey brick home carries its older years well! Tidy and well furnished, with coastal touches of cane and blue, it features great spaces for a larger family group, sleeping 10.

Great for kids or as an additional relaxation space, it houses lounges, an office desk, TV and DVD, and games. The bedroom downstairs contains 2 single beds and a single bunk, and the neighbouring laundry houses a washing machine and dryer, as well as a shower and toilet.
The upstairs area is bright and sunny, with a lovely beachy vibe. The open-plan lounge and dining room, featuring an air conditioning unit, polished floorboards, and comfortable furnishings, open out to front and back decks. The front balcony, with ocean glimpses, is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a BBQ, a beer, or chilled wine after a day at the beach. The lounge is equipped with a TV and DVD, and the dining room has a table and bench seats. The kitchen, though older in style, is charming with its coastal blue theme and offers a coffee pod machine, microwave, and dishwasher. The back deck overlooks the backyard, where you can spot Pigeon House Mountain on a clear day. This popular walking track attracts outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. The back deck also offers a lovely green outlook, and the owners are happy for you to pick lemons from the large lemon tree. Fresh lemonade, anyone?
The three bedrooms upstairs comprise two Queens and a further one with 2 singles. The older style but perfectly functioning bathroom has both a shower and bath. Conveniently there is a separate toilet.

It's just a short stroll to the north end of glorious Mollymook beach with its long stretch of golden sand and less than 20 minutes' walk to Narrawallee Beach. Either of these beautiful beaches provide opportunities for a multitude of water activities: swimming, surfing and fishing, or for the more adventurous, scuba diving and water skiing. There's something for everyone.
Had enough of the water? The walks along the top of the peninsula are lovely, or there's mountain biking, or enjoy a game of golf at the outstanding local course.
As far as eateries go, you couldn't be in a better location. Both the famous Rick Stein at Bannisters and Bannisters Pavilion are within a short stroll, as is the popular fusion restaurant, Gwylo.
Also conveniently nearby are Mollymook shopping centre and the Beach Bowling and Recreation Centre with its family-friendly bistro. Alternatively, enjoy a picturesque 20 minute walk along the beach to the south end of Mollymook where there's the surf club (the beach here is patrolled from October to April) and a cafe.
The historic town of Milton, offering more cafes, boutiques, antique shops and art galleries is only 7 minutes west, a lovely variation to your beach holiday. Ulladulla CBD, providing further amenities such as a larger supermarket, is just a 10 minute drive south.
