A charming duplex penthouse perfectly located on the beachfront in Leblon, equipped with excellent amenities to provide maximum comfort for up to 6 guests. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean directly from the relaxing and refreshing rooftop pool.
Directly from the open terrace , guests can enjoy an appetizing barbecue and good wine that they have just picked up from the heated wine cellar in the living room next door. All this perched on the pool deck experiencing the incomparable view of the sea at dusk. A fantastic experience!
It is also possible to see Christ the Redeemer from the terrace.
The kitchen is modern, with built-in ovens, a stainless steel cooktop, essential utensils, pans, crockery and a dishwasher to make working in the kitchen easier.
To rest and relax, there are 3 bedrooms, including 2 suites. One of the suites has a panoramic glass window that extends to the ceiling, providing an exclusive and unique view of the imposing Dois Irmãos.
