Have fun with the whole family at this stylish Blairgowrie beach home. Located on the quiet gravel streets of back beach Blairgowrie, 350m from Bridgewater Bay rockpools, you'll find serenity in abundance here, set amongst established coastal gardens with open-plan living and dining opening entirely to the front-facing decked patio, where you can sit and listen to the crashing waves.
Due to strict Shire regulations, I do not accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. I only host families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups
Featuring 3 bedrooms, the home sleeps 8 in total and has 2.5 bathrooms (main with spa and shower), an open plan living area with plasma TV, air conditioning and open fireplace which all opens out to a front deck - perfect for entertaining with BBQ facilities and a fully fenced garden. There is also a modern and bright kitchen, which has all modern appliances, adjoining a dining area. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a king bed, and the other with two double beds, where the main bathroom is comprised of a spa bath to relax your day away.
Downstairs there is a fabulous second living area or 'kids’ zone' with plasma TV, board games, books and toys and the third bedroom with 2 single bunks (sleeping 4).
Laundry facilities include: washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Sleeps 8-10 guests
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1: two double beds (sleeps 2) with ensuite including spa bath, toilet and shower
Bedroom 2: one king bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: two single bed bunks (sleeps 4)
ALL Linen provided: bed sheets, towels, bath maths, hand towels, face washers and tea towels.
