For the avid cook of the group, there is a large kitchen with ample counter space, bar seating for 3 guests, and an additional dining table that has seats for 4. All cookware, utensils, and dishes are included and will make preparing any meal a breeze. Upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a double stainless sink gives this condo that perfect modern feel. High Speed Fiber Internet is available in every unit. This second-floor unit was recently remodeled with brand new granite counters, new natural wood flooring and new stainless kitchen appliances. In this one-bedroom unit it has a large king bed and two comfortable swivel chairs, each with comfortable positions to watch the 65” smart television or to view the expanse of the Gulf of Mexico all the way to the southern horizon.
