Please Note:
- Quiet hours are observed between 10pm-7am
- Our Standard Check-in hours are between 3pm and 7pm, check-in requests outside of mentioned hours will incur additional charges
- Standard Check-out is 10am, Check-out requests later than 10am may incur additional charges
- Early Check-in and Late check-out will be on subject to availability basis.
- Children up to 4 years can stay free of cost on existing bedding
- Children from age 5 to 12 can stay at £25 per night
- Children from 13 to 17 Years can stay at £30 per night

Will provide self Check In facility, guest needs to collect keys from nearby store. Charges will be as per below :-

Nice place but shambolic host

While the flat was well located in Camden Town, when we arrived we were unable to check in due to a "maintenance issue" and had to be put up for one night on the other side of London, unable to unpack waiting around for word of when and if we could get into the place we booked, basically ruining our first day. Once in the flat, we found the pictures a bit deceptive as the chairs where peeling vinyl everywhere, the wifi and TV did not work. Those issues where corrected eventually. The place was also advertised as having a gym in the building that we could use, which isn't actually so (you had to have booked and paid for a safety class before you can use it!) so we packed all our gym cloths for nothing. I have asked for some kind of adjustment on the price as we booked for a very long stay (26 nights) but so far have been stonewalled by their customer service center in India.
