Villa Mia is located in a secured compound with similar villas called Los Arroces.

Located in the center of the Dominican Republic, northwest of Santo Domingo, Bonao is a fast growing city of almost 130,000 inhabitants full of life and increasingly open to tourism.

Right next to the villa there is a beautiful river that flows through the area.

Up to 14 guests can sleep comfortably in the Villa, which includes 3 private bedrooms. High-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night’s rest.

• Bedroom #3: Two bunk beds with closet and bathroom.

All 3.5 bathrooms feature stylish, modern fixtures. For your convenience, towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided.

The pool table is located in the second floor.

-KITCHEN & DINING-

Although Bonao has many delicious restaurants, you’ll appreciate having a fully equipped kitchen to whip up quick breakfasts, homemade dinners, or just to have snacks on hand.

It features a built-in stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer, plus an additional freezer for cool drinks and beer, coffee maker, a blender and a toaster.

Need to wash some sand out of your clothes? A washer/dryer is included.

-LIVING ROOM & BALCONY-

Kick back and enjoy the surrounding river sound in the contemporary living room. It includes a very comfortable sofa and a smart tv for YouTube & Netflix. Savor a meal in style at either the dining table, which seats 6, or the breakfast bar, which has 3 stools.

-EXTERIOR AREA-

In the outdoor areas you can find the swimming pool and the heated Jacuzzi. The entire area is properly lit. It has its BBQ, industrial stove and Domino table. The gazebo is 60 m^2, and is an amazing place to enjoy food and morning coffee.

Also, you can find the villa's private power plant, in case of emergencies it will be used for energy purposes.

La Sirena supermarket is located at 10 minutes car distance. You will find several gas stations along the way.

Please remember that you are staying in a Villa, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

➜ No additional guests or visitors are allowed on the Villa.

➜ Renters staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electrical bill. The meter will be read at the check in and check out. A $200 US electricity deposit will be charged before check in.

➜ The washer and dryer will be operated by our cleaning staff in case you need to use it during your stay. (Only available for stays of 7 nights or more).
