we love this because..

as soon as you walk through the door you feel your shoulders drop and it instantly invites you to relax.

With tall ceilings its so spacious and perfectly designed with enormous entertaining space connected to an undercover deck and sparkling pool surrounded by native bush and trees.

Our small kids are entertained with a a hidden cubby complete with verandah and table and chairs for them to play house and the larger kids can watch TV in a seperate lounge or play a tournament of pacman. It's just the perfect spot for the whole family with spaces to work and shady spots on open decks and verandahs to read or chat.

We also love the fact that the National Park is only metres away so a healthy walk along the tracks to Sixteenth Beach and beyond is perfect.
Our favourite spot for coffee and lunch either Sixteenth Beach General Store or Peninsula Pantry, only a 15 or so minute walk away. For dinner, we take a short drive to Rye and choose Del Posto.

There is a ring security camera at the front door. The ring system will only activate once someone is at the door and not a continuous recording.

Ooh, ooh! so excited that I can stay in such a beautiful property but I can't walk in the National Park so my hoomans take me to the local dog friendly leash free beach in Blairgowrie. The garden has high fences in most areas (one little spot with a chicken wire fence) and a secure gate so I feel really safe.

Almost all the things you’d hope for
The place is great, better IRL, the pool although not heated much is a great commodity to have when the Melbourne sun decides to poke its head out. Plenty of platters, cutlery, glassware for a large group, pleasantly surprised by that. The biggest disappointment was some of the cleanliness on arrival. Crumbs all over the dining table seats, glassware needing a clean before use, no bin liner in one of the bins and only two bin liners provided for the whole weekend that were not large enough to fit the internal bins. This may be small but had an impact over the weekend, needing to run to shops and get extras. Bedrooms all comfortable, heating great. Most definitely could do with another bathroom.

Good property but unprofessional management with very limited facilities.
Thank you for welcome drink and treat for pet. Before we even enter to the property, there was so many instructions to follow. Accidentally my little one make a mark on carpet. Agent ask to pay the carpet cleaning charge. Because that damage happen from me so I agreed. Agent have charged me $245 for one little mark on ONE ROOM carpet. This is very high charge for carpet cleaning. Agent didn’t send me a cleaner’s invoice. The invoice I can see is from real state not from cleaning company. As per my understanding real state don’t do carpet cleaning they hire cleaning company to do the job and company give invoice after the job done. I feel I get cheated, here and charged unfairly.and never back again this house not recommended to anyone.
