Located in the coveted Parks Edge community, you’ll quickly fall in love with the peaceful neighborhood and gorgeous mountain views, while also enjoying the ease of being close to world-class ski slopes and just minutes away from the charming shopping and dining options on historic Main Street.

In the main level great room, there’s plenty of plush seating for everyone to relax together. An oversized blue sofa and two armchairs surround the stone fireplace and large HDTV, while vibrant mountain-themed artwork adds color and style to the space. It’s the perfect place to host a family movie night with a giant bowl of buttery popcorn. There’s also a glass sliding door that leads outside to the private balcony that overlooks the panoramic views.

In the open kitchen, a casual, wrap-around bar area has seating for six. Knotty pine cabinets add a lovely rustic touch while the gleaming granite countertops provide a clean, modern workspace. The stainless appliance suite includes a gas range, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and even an espresso machine. So whether you have a chef in the family who loves to whip up family dinners or you simply want a place to heat up yummy take-out from a nearby restaurant, this kitchen has got you covered. A nearby wet bar has a wine fridge and all the essentials for pouring some tasty happy hour cocktails for your crew.

This well-designed home has three private bedroom spaces. On the top floor is the primary bedroom suite, featuring a luxe king-size bed, dedicated office space, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and a separate jetted tub for soaking the day away. The second guest bedroom includes a comfy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom. Additional sleeping space include a twin-size pull-out bed in the primary suite office area, and a queen-size pullout bed in the main living area.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

When you’re ready for adventure, the world-famous ski slopes and hiking trails are close by, while the entertainment and dining in the village are only a quick drive away.

Very welcoming/Very Clean
Great experience. Stayed here with my family of 5 and my in-laws. Very comfortable. Super accommodating by providing some of the essentials that are hard to pack (dishwasher/laundry detergent/soaps/shampoo). Awesome ski racks and boot dryer in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked with basic seasonings and everything you need to cook meals. Thanks for a great visit!

Had a great time at this Vrbo. Everything was clean, everything worked properly, and the renovation was very nice. The location is a huge plus, smack in the middle of PCM and Soldier Hollow if you want to spend a day tubing at soldier hollow or going to thr ice castles with your children and another couple says skiing at PCM. I highly recommend staying with Moose management.
