The large open floor plan is inviting and welcomes you to relax while you are on vacation. Whether you are dining in or relaxing in your home away from home, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and seating for 6 guests. The living room is spacious and comfortable for entertaining with a flat screen TV, and large sliding doors to your balcony. The Capri provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room, indoor pool, game room, sauna, tennis courts, and library! An easy stroll to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants and, of course, steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee, paid with reservation. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer.

As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $75 building amenity fee per week, this includes one parking space.
Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis through the Capri building directly at $10 per day or $55 per week.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a great time at the beach. The condo’s location was amazing, very close to the beach. The condo was clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Very poor

The place was not as described , it was dirty and very poorly maintained. The bedspreads appear not to have been cleaned the entire season, and the closets were so dirty I would not hang my clothes in them. The cost was exorbitant with all the added fees, and the parking expensive.

Fantastic destination for a family vacation

Fantastic condo, facility, and location. Condo was clean and updated with incredible views of both ocean and bay. Capri staff was very friendly and building was safe. Walking distance to Food Lion, restaurants, morning coffee, WAWA (!), and 10 minute drive to boardwalk. All in all, fantastic destination for a family vacation.

I would definitely stay again!

Place was very nice. Looks just like the pictures. Right on the beach. It could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but it wasn’t horrible. Wasn’t worth telling the front desk. Should have let owners know as they pay for the cleaning. A little sand and white Dog hair on the floor. Otherwise the place was great. Very nice View of the ocean and strip from the 11th floor. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Needed a code to get in to the building which was nice, felt secure. Couch was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great. Balcony was great with the Adirondack chairs and stool. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay again.
