The open floor on the main level allows the view to be enjoyed right from the living room or dining area. In the living room, light the gas fireplace and relax with a book or movie. The well stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove. The laundry room is tucked just off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Downstairs is perfect for entertaining with large sectional couch to enjoy a movie and a game table with a chess board. A second master bedroom has a king bed as well as an en suite bathroom. One guest room has a king bed, the second has two full beds. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom. The entertainment does not stop inside, the lower screened deck allows plenty of seating and includes a outdoor TV.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
