There are a plethora of amazing eateries to discover locally. We recommend Navy Bear cafe for great coffee on the harbour at Rushcutters Bay.
For the nautically inclined the CYC-Sailing Club has a bar and restaurant overlooking many Sydney-Hobart prestigious yachts. A charming 15-minute walk through Rushcutters Bay Park will take you to Potts Point, where you can find some more great options, like The Butler, Dear Sainte Eloise, and Chester White.
Youre conveniently located for some of Sydneys best beaches. Bondi Beach is a 15 minutes drive away. Camp Cove is a 20-minute drive away and all the little beaches between Neilson Park and Rose Bay harbour are great to explore on a sunny day.
If you love sailing, join a twilight sail from CYC, or take some sailing lessons from Pacific Sailing at Rushcutters Bay. There are lots of other water activities (Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Scuba Diving and Surfing) available in several harbour locations.
Home Truths:
*IMPORTANT* - Between the 3rd - 23rd April, tradesmen will need access to the apartment to cut off the water between 8am - 5pm every day. Toilets and showers are available from the pool bathroom on the ground level. Rates have been heavily discounted between these dates and no further compensation will be granted due to issues with the water and trades accessing the unit. Please be mindful before booking these dates. Thank you for your understanding.
The 3rd bedroom is currently set up as a home study, however it can be set up as a bedroom on request* please be sure to request this upon booking. - This comes with an extra charge to set up.
Please ensure you're watching the blinds go up and down in case they get caught on the handed of the windows. This will blow the motor if it gets caught.
Shoes are to never be worn inside. Please leave them in the laundry and not outside the front door.
The property can sleep 4 people max.
IMPORTANT: Maximum number of 2 guests for the NY booking period.

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
