Deer Valley condo rental - ITrip
We were very happy and pleased with our Deer Valley rental home through ITrip .. The communication with ITrip from booking to departure was excellent and the property was as described .. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and a great location for skiing. We will definitely visit Deer Valley again !

Good location - old home
The house is in a great location but clearly hasn’t been updated in a long time. All of the linens are clearly for rentals - a couple of towels have stains and one of the beds and bathrooms has women’s hair still in it from likely the last guest. The house is good if you don’t care about being in a modern place and plan on skiing in deer valley all day and going in to Park City. All said, the house is spacious and management is responsive so it serves its purpose as a DV condo - just not worth the heavy price tag for a weekend.

The property was in a great location, close to Deer Valley resort and Old Town Park City. We were right on the shuttle line so getting around was super convenient and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Fawn Grove at Deer Valley
Overall the unit was very spacious and clean. The bus stop is just down the driveway. The beds were comfortable. The management communicated with us by text and email. They were very nice and seemed helpful. However, we had a little trouble getting into the unit. The code was not working. We called the "emergency number" and got a recording there was no one to take our call. That was not what we wanted to hear as we had 2 young children and we were stuck out in the cold. Eventually after emailing and texting, after about half hour we finally got a hold of someone. However, it was through texting, never spoke to a live person. Secondly, the oven is not ventilated and when using it an odor fills the unit. It looks like an older oven and it is very small.

Wonderful Stay!
A veteran of many years renting vacation homes, I have very high standards. I prioritize my choice by optimum location followed by suitability to our group. Our condo at Deer Valley Fawngrove Lakeside Retreat met those two requirements and more! I was so very pleased with the many photos of the property as well as owner/management communication. My questions were always answered and our group knew exactly what to expect with our stay--managing expectations is so very important in providing a satisfying experience. Our group of 8 adults enjoyed beautiful spaces allowing both privacy and great gathering areas for meals, tv viewing (we stayed during football season), and lots of conversations. The condo was comfortable, well equipped, ample seating for everyone, and corners to escape for quiet reading. The location offered a beautiful mountain view from the living room and easy walking into Park City for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable accommodations
This home is amazing! So much room and comfort for everybody! The living room is huge and has comfortable seating. Plus there is a bonus sitting room perfect for game night or just hanging out. Very well stocked kitchen and everything is in working order. Bus ride to the slopes was super easy and quick! With free ski storage at Deer Valley, the bus was no issue at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy but needs maintenance and better management
For the amount of money spent, there needs to be some improvement. Communication: everything is via app, which is fine but there are no basic instructions for the house. They need to have a house guidebook because everything is very old and not intuitive. All systems are outdated – the light “switches” shock you almost every time. I specifically reached out to the management company 3 days before our arrival to ensure all lights were working based on a previous review. The management company was responsive, but inaccurate. (which was our experience throughout our stay) I was assured all lights were working when several were out upon our arrival We tried to have the main light changed in the living room with high ceilings, only to go back and forth with both the management company and the maintenance worker who arrived without the proper ladder to reach the bulb. (despite me texting pictures of which bulbs were out beforehand and still it was never fixed). These are not nuisances you want to deal with during an expensive vacation. Hot Tub: while it was clean upon arrival, it was never serviced during our week-long stay (contract indicated it is serviced mid-week.) mid-week, it was dirty and despite requesting it be serviced, it never was. Again, dealing with the management company on this was beyond frustrating. All appliances are very old and dated. The home is cozy and convenient to DV skiing but not on the DV shuttle, just the city bus route.

Great house - but hot tub was GROSS and severe lack of organization.
The house was great - super spacious with lots of communal spaces. But there were a lot of things that were clearly not thought out and processes that should be smooth and easy but were time consuming and annoying bc of lack of clear instruction. You're left to figure out a lot of things on your own. We have stayed in many rentals as a family and this was the first VRBO and it really was a clunky experience through and through. They could really benefit from a house manual. Simple things like how to lock/unlock the front door wasn't clear. Directions/instructions for parking in the garage and guest (second car) parking were unclear. The backdoor of the house didn't lock. The grill was not shoveled out (totally unusable). The TV isn't "smart" so you cant use any streaming services. The sound bar didn't work for music. The light switches in the house are confusingly placed and old school sensors that shock you every time you touch them. The kitchen is huge but only has one cutting board... and the worst of all the hot tub was DISGUSTING - hair and skin and sludge. Unusable because of how gross it was.

We found this beautiful home to be the PERFECT spot for our festival team to stay during Sundance 2023. Spacious. Warm. Well decorated and incredibly welcoming. Not to mention directly opposite a shuttle stop that heads straight into the Park City downtown. Would stay again!

Absolutely Perfect
This home was absolutely perfect! It looks EXACTLY like the photos and is perfectly maintained. The view out the back windows is gorgeous and the space is very cozy. At the same time, it felt much larger than the photos present. Access to Park City / Deer Valley was easy thanks to the bus stop located just outside the complex. We also used uber quite a bit when it was snowing heavily and we didn't want to wait for the bus. Wifi, hot tub and other amenities are as advertised and work wonderfully. The TV didn't seem to want to connect to the wifi so smart options weren't available, but I travel with a Roku and that worked without issue

Met all our needs
Great place to stay for skiing at DV. Plenty of room to spread out for our group of 7 and kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking equipment and basics for making dinner (spices, oils, etc.) A few concerns: 1. All communication was via text with a property manager, not the owner of the unit. As such, they were either slow to respond, unable to provide answers to questions or didn't address our questions at all. For instance, there was 3 feet of snow out the back door that had to be cleared in order to reach the hot tub. Took them 2 days to provide a snow shovel. 2. Lamp on tv table in first floor bedroom didn't work. Instead of fixing it, they removed the lamp entirely. 3. We asked about additional parking (only 1 spot provided for this unit) and never got an answer. Having stayed in numerous VRBO units in the last 10+ years, we suggest the following to the property owner: i) bed in the first floor bedroom should be replaced: current one is very hard and uncomfortable ii) label the light switches: there are so many of them and not all of them work. iii) add more lighting in first floor bedroom. A floor lamp in the corner where there is currently a coat rack would help immensely. iv) put a power strip in all outlets next to the beds. One outlet is simply not enough to charge phone/watch chargers, laptops, airpods, etc. overnight. Overall, the place was very nice and we would consider staying here again if the above issues were addressed.

Ski Holiday Vacation
This property was very convenient to Deer Valley Ski Resort and there was a bus stop close by to get around easily. The home was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub was not ready for us when we arrived. Once we realized there was a problem, the rental company was responsive but it took two days to get it all worked out.

This property was a great location for Deer Valley. It was just one stop away on the bus and the bus stop was so close by. The home was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was not ready when we arrived. Although the rental company was responsive after we figured out the problem, it took two days to make it functional again.

Warm, comfy and cozy
This condo is a great retreat for anyone. It's spacious for you and your entire group of people. The full kitchen allows for home cooked meals while watching the snow fall or leaves turn, depending on the time of year. It is easy walking into the heart of Park City for shopping, coffee and meals. I've stayed there many times and have enjoyed each stay more than the last. Curl up in comfort and leave your worries at home!

1432 Fawn Grove
We have been vacationing in Park City for over 20 years, and have always stayed in the lower Deer Valley area. I have to say that our stay at 1432 Fawn Grove was one of the most enjoyable. The reason for me saying this is how spacious, warm and comfortable this home is. Walkability to Deer Valley Plaza/Grocery Cafe, Main Street and Snow Park Lodge was wonderful. The views over the lake and up the mountain were as beautiful and peaceful as I ever could have imagined. It was like living in a painting. At the same time, the back patio and spa are very private. The furnishings were very comfortable and it was truly like a home away from home. Last thing, the parking garage is very convenient and easy to get in and out of. Overall, my rating is 5 stars. Great condo!!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo in Deer Valley, UT. The location and accommodations worked perfectly for my family escaping the AZ heat. We enjoyed the lake and beautiful views. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be back again in the near future.
