Are you a nature lover and love to be adventurous, then we've got you covered with multiple stunning coastal walking trails, surfing, snorkeling and scuba diving all within 10 minutes’ drive of Kanimbla House?

Kanimbla House is a fantastic family holiday destination for the family and the family fur baby with the dog off leash beach, patrolled swimming beaches and Tomaree Aquatic centre are all within 10 minutes. The kids will love Oakvale Wildlife Park, grab an ice cream at Nelson Bay Marina and take a walk out onto the break wall and spot a dolphin and check out what the local fishermen have caught. The Shark and Ray Rescue Centre and horse riding are within 5 minutes drive as well. There's so much up there to enjoy!

Tomaree Mountain is only a 15-minute drive away, you will experience the strikingly beautiful views of the entire peninsula and as far as the eye can see up north and down south, you may even see a humpback whale between June and November, migrating to and from their northern breeding grounds.

The house has a contemporary blend of indoor and outdoor entertaining settings to accommodate family and friends at any occasion. Maximising indoor and outdoor flow, the double sliding glass doors flow seamlessly onto the outdoor entertaining area, which is encompassed by native bushland, this is the perfect spot to sit back, relax and unwind from the day and cook up a storm on the gas BBQ.

The owners have provided a dog kennel and 3 different types of dog beds, dog bowls, dog waste scooper and dog waste bags located in the laundry and also a high and low dog pet fencing kept in the garage in case you want to close off where your fur baby can run.


Open plan dining area is filled with sunlight and a split system air conditioner and the bonus of a high chair, fully equipped kitchen with a plumbed fridge/freezer combo, microwave, induction cook top and Espresstorio coffee machine (bring your own pods for some delicious coffee in the morning). Once you've taken in the sun, head inside to the air-conditioned living room accompanied by a Smart TV and ceiling fans, the property also provides unlimited Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom features a Queen bed, ceiling fan to let the breeze comfort you during the summer nights, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and a Walk in Robe which provides a Port-A-Cot and change table. Bedroom two has 2 Single beds and a ceiling fan, bedroom three has 2 King Single beds and ceiling fan. The main bathroom is designed 3 ways giving you usable areas with the bath and shower in one section, separate toilet area and separate vanity area.

An internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer and the property provides parking in the double garage for 2 vehicles and off-street parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
