There are great golf courses, beaches and awesome fishing close by. The house sits on 100 acers, great for nature lovers. The house has a hot tub, custom gym and beach volleyball.

We live 15 minutes away from Hockey Hotel in the village of Lakefield.
Why they chose this property
Hockey Hotel sits on 96 acres. A 3,000 sq. ft. custom home with gym and hot tub. We have a all season hockey rink, great for rapid player development. The entire property is great for team building.
