Summary:
Welcome to The Bungalow Green. This brand new bungalow has everything you need for a fun getaway for a vacation, honeymoon, girls trip, or biking trip. Located just outside of Bentonville, this quiet location has beautiful views looking out the large new windows. Just 3 miles to the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, 5 miles to downtown Bentonville, this house has you minutes away from all NWA has to offer while staying in a peaceful retreat.

The Space:
The Bungalow Green is setup like a studio, it is very open and spacious and allows for privacy in the restroom. Here you will find a very comfortable king bed as well as a queen sofa bed, allowing for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen has a table for 4 for eating, working, or playing some of the games provided in the home. The living space has a large screen TV for you to login to any of your streaming devices and enjoy from the couch or 2 sitting chairs.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home to their selves during their stay with complete privacy. You will be provided a door code to use during your stay which will be provided the day of your check in. Although you will not likely meet us in person, we are close by for any assistance that may come up.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood - The feel of being in the country, but all amenities within minutes of home.

Getting Around:
3 miles from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve Parking, 5 miles from downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shops, etc. Within 5 miles of several groceries stores. And Mercy Emergency Department and Hospital within 10 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: The next door neighbors have 2 dogs and some chickens that you may see out, but will not cross property line.

The place was adorable. The only thing I would recommend is a little better signage at the road. It was difficult to find in the dark.

A perfect place to rest away from other people! This cute little place was just the retreat we needed after days of wedding prep. My daughter and I were visiting AK and enjoyed the quiet, cool, clean bungalow. The drive to and from is a bit of a curvy drive and the bungalow is very close to the main house on the property. However we felt safe knowing we weren’t all alone in the hill country. It was beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed all the sweet details.

We had a wonderful, comfortable, and peaceful stay in this very cute bungalow. We enjoyed shopping and sightseeing in Bentonville and all the places around...Fayetteville, Farmington, and Praire Grove. Perfect getaway!!

Beautiful and comfortable!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to explore the Bentonville area. A short drive to many highlights of the area. It was so quiet and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable, as was everything else about the bungalow. There is such an attention to detail. We had a wonderful weekend, thank you!

Concert at the Walmart Amp

Really nice, really clean, and really quiet! Me and the wife enjoyed this peaceful getaway, Great experience and will definitely be our first choice if we are back in the area!
