Unlikely to return :(
Although communication with the owner and location was good, the property itself really made us debate leaving early. The smell upon entering was horrifying. I can't even describe that scent. House was pretty dirty, and then no light in the bedroom and bed is like a plastic cot, bathroom toilet dirty, bathroom tile is all broken and very sharp and dangerous. Bathroom light is in the oddest location too. Also, all of the doors/sliding doors don't lock, which made us feel unsafe in the evening. Place looks a lot better in the pictures and definitely not worth the price!

Kinmount House
Nice rental home in town. Highlands Cinemas just down the road, with a farmer's market and local museum across the street. A few finishing touches still needed from recent renovation (dishwasher challenging to use, bathroom light in a tricky spot to find.) Quiet area. Nice community. Public river access nearby with a good swimming hole a short drive away.
