The apartment features a fully equipped American kitchen with a refrigerator, cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, complete dishes, pan, and oven.

The living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The master bedroom offers a large, comfortable king-size bed with a full bathroom featuring an en-suite shower. A second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a WC, and a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The building is secure 24/7, with elevators and underground parking. A Sukkah is built in the building during Sukkot, adding a special touch to your experience.

Guest Access:
The apartment is entirely up to you for the duration of your stay and a parking space at level -2 free and at your disposal for the rental car that you will have.

The Neighborhood:
the apartment is between all the major hotels in the city, King David and the Waldorf Astoria, David Citatel (Hiton) just next to the center five minutes from the Great Synagogue there there's many very good restaurants in the area, I will gladly indicate

Most disgusting experience ever!

I have been reluctant to submit a review of this type but i have had so much patience awaiting resolution from the property manager (Jacob) which NEVER CAME. We arrived after a international flight to an apartment which was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting, the oven/stove had food remnants, and there were clothes from previous renters in the dressers. Furniture was damaged. IT took hours/day to get the unit properly cleaned. That was despite paying for cleaning and a separate charge for PASSOVER cleaning. The need to stay in the unit for the day awaiting the cleaners and the hassle of constant communication about the property ruined the first 2-3 days of our vacation/holiday. Upon our return to the US, we were advised that compensation would be provided for the hassle once they reached the owners. I have now as of today, made multiple attempts at communication via VRBO messages and email with only response saying "sorry for the delay". I would recommend that nobody ever rent from ISRENTALS or any of their subsidiaries again as this experience was terrible. Shame of me for renting an apartment with previous bad reviews. These managers and owners should be ashamed of themselves. The apartment was a fraud with regards to its "luxury" status. VRBO customer service was useless and recommended continued contact with the management company which i have tried repeatedly. These managers should be ashamed.

Horrible

Property was listed as luxury, not so. stains on the couch, appliances were either not working, dirty and wires frayed or all of the above. TVs not working properly. No hair dryer as listed. parking fob not working. I tried to reach the manager and he didn't get back to me for 6 days. Overall experience was a horror!

I regret writing this review, but don’t stay here.

I am writing this review as a last resort. My husband and I and our baby stayed here for one night while we were in Jerusalem. The property was not clean, there was a flood in the bathroom, and it was not as pictured. The host would not work with us in a timely fashion. We didn’t end up staying here for the full reservation.
