Beautiful place
The property was really nice in a beautiful part of Perth. Accomodation was great, clean with lots of space. Perfect for us as two couples staying that know there way around Perth and had a car.

Cancelled booking
We had a confirmed and fully paid booking for two weeks and less than 24 hours prior to arrival the owner cancelled the second week. The place was in a great location and was very clean but needed a few things completed, such as no wardrobe in the main bedroom and no handles on the wardrobe in the second bedroom. The front door was extremely difficult to lock.

The cottage was well appointed with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy parking.
Easy to rent. Dog Boston very friendly. Some great walking tracks around the Swan River.

Short stay in Bicton Property
The accomodation was beautiful and well maintained. The premises was well stocked with crockery, pots and pans and condiments. The only issue we had was with the heating not heating the living area properly.

Lovely apartment which suited our situation perfectly. Very clean and roomy and well appointed - and a stones throw to the walkway on the river. Just wish we had more time to spend there. Thankyou!

To say this stay is amazing would be an understatement. The house is wonderfully designed and decorated, with an abundance of natural light. Definitely worth every penny.

Comfortable property in a quiet location
The property has 2 good bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of room for 4. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs. Well located for getting around. Very quiet part of town

Overall everything was excellent. Some of the furnishing needed attention but the most annoying was the poor internet. Could not watch a short video clip without freezing and internet banking was a nightmare as it kept logging out as unable to connect. Not what you want when away from home for 2.5 months. In this day and age surely this needs to be updated in some way.

Living in a box
After the initial noise from the building site we managed to settle in a lot better, however the noise from the Solar Panels / Water system on the roof(?) from c4am-7am caused us a few sleepless hours. It was nice to be able to be able to use the pool but with us having to give notice to do so, it didn't feel like it was ours to use as and when we wanted. Michael was very easy to contact and very helpful.

Great location. Safe, secure with onsite parking. The property is fully equipped and was extremely clean. The Landlord lives on site and was also happy to provide advice. Would highly recommend.

Communication was great with Michael prior to arrival. Check in was easy. The accommodation is great and is in an amazing location, only 1 minute walk to the river.

Cosy, clean apartment in a lovely area.
We really enjoyed out stay. The apartment was private, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything provided for an enjoyable stay. Ideal for families. This apartment is located in a particularly nice area of Perth and in close proximity to the river and some very nice coffee shops. Would highly recommend.
