Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this resort, room charge, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates
On-site parking is $15 plus tax daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Recreational vehicles, trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be parked at the resort. Please contact the resort for information about alternative parking.

Indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. No inner tubes provided. Personal inner tubes without a solid bottom and not exceeding 42 inches are permitted. Pool noodles and infant floatation devices are permitted. No full body floats or body boards allowed. Splash Cove is open seasonally.

Select sports courts (mini-golf, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and pickleball) are available for use with your own equipment. Limited availability for equipment checkout between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. at the activities window if weather permits. Check-out is for a 45-minute time frame; equipment can not be taken back to your villa, and may not be checked out past 7 p.m.

Please be inform that there is approximately $50 per night fully refundable deposit, provided you don’t charge anything to your room similar to a hotel.

SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT
This court brings a little piece of the beach back to the resort. Equipment is available at the Equipment Check-Out/Pool Towel Exchange Room.

Ideal for the young and young at heart, Splash Cove is the ultimate fun in the sun. Interactive water features, a water slide and plunge pool offer the perfect destination to splash and play the day away. It’s also a nice spot to relax and catch a few rays.

FULL-SIZE BASKETBALL COURT
Come shoot some hoops on the full-size basketball court. Equipment is available at the Equipment Check-Out/Pool Towel Exchange Room.

MINIATURE GOLF
