Overall was a very good stay. I usually leave the maid a tip but in this case had to do some chores so I figured it was not appropreate. I'd definately do this again

Nothing “chic” about it, older and unclean condo, wouldn’t stay again

Condo wasn’t clean. Pots and dishes were put back in cabinets with food / residue on them. Scuffs / dents on walls, paint peeling off doors, tile edge in bathroom was coming apart. Sliding glass door in bedroom didn’t lock. Hot water heater didn’t work at one point and the property manager was difficult to get a hold of, we had to reset circuit breakers to get it to work again. Overall displeased and wouldn’t stay here again.

Place was comfortable. Minor stuff like maybe a coat of paint on the doors in the bedroom to hide all the chipping would have made a big difference in the overall appearance. All in this was a good little condo at a great price.

Much better then a hotel

Hotels are more casual in providing a night stay. If you want to feel more at home and have the convience of staying home instead of eating out to save money, then this vrbo is for you. Not only do they provide living space but they have dishes, great internet, communication, and extra things in case you run into an emergency without an item. It felt like choosing a home and being provided with enough things to continue to move in. It was a great spot for nature lovers then going to a hotel on the other side of the mountain with all of ghe buildings and cities. It felt private and quiet. It was awesome to be at this location after getting married in Layton.

Stay in eden

We had a rough stay. The pool was closed for the whole time we were going to stay because of a cleaning issue. The condo was a good size, but quite dirty, with food stuck on plates, TV not working, stained sheets, cupboards and baseboards dirty. We decided to leave early. The management company was very responsive and helped us get a refund quickly.

Great stay

This was the best value for an inexpensive stay while boating at the lake. It’s an older unit so they only had an air conditioner in the main room, but they did provide a fan for the bedroom. They have updated a few things, but it’s still pretty old. They decor is cute and the mattress was wonderful though. The shower was hot and overall we enjoyed the place. Maybe if they added a portable AC unit for $75 that you can fill with water in the bedroom it would’ve been perfect during summer stays

The condo is fine; but only fine. No AC which is tough in August. The owners have made some nice improvements, but doesn't appear to be done just yet. We went home a day early.

Overall good. Says it sleeps 4 but you'd never fit 4 adults which was fine for us. Key pad on front door didn't work so we had to use spare. Right front stove burner didnt work. Otherwise great location and we had great weather while we were there, we would return.

Very Good Ski Location

This unit is very convenient to 3 ski areas especially Powder Mountain. Good for one person or a couple on a ski getaway.

Great place

Unit was clean and comfortable. Easy access to hot tub, sauna and clubhouse. Only 2 miles to groceries, gas and restaurants. Powder Mountain is only a few miles away. I’d recommend to friends and family.

Nice, but.....

The unit was nice but overall not spectacular. It was very small, which we knew, and the couch is a futon type when converted to a bed, not a full roll-out, so it was small for my daughter and her friend (both 12 years old). The kitchen was poorly stocked with items. We only had two pans to cook with and they were not of great quality. There were not a lot of utensils to use either. This is something that the owner needs to address. The living room was nicely re-done and looked good. The kitchen was adequate and the bedroom was fine. One good thing was there were plenty of towels! The lock on the door was very hard to open and took several tries each time we left the unit. This also needs to be addressed by the owner. The hot tub at the complex was very nice and we enjoyed using it! All in all, not a bad unit, but not a great unit either. If you are looking for something simple, for no more than 3 people, then this would be a fine place. If you are looking for a little more or something for more than 3 people, this would not be the unit to rent.

Quaint and Relaxing

The stay was overall really great. Had a hard time finding the room had to ask someone where the building was at because they are not numbered. Other then that it was very nice stay perfect for the little weekend getaway for my wife and I. We would rent it again.

Comfortable stay

Inside was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of linens and supplies. Only problem was the patio and patio furniture were dirty.
