This twelfth floor unit has easy access to the beach with 3 elevators. The large balcony overlooks the pool and deck below and offers great views of the ocean straight out and South down the beach with also a bay view from the large balcony. The spacious, open floor plan offers plenty of room for indoor relaxing and spending time with family and friends. The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 9 people. There is a queen and a single bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a double bed in the second bedroom and in the front living room a daybed. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been renovated and both bathrooms have hand bars if needed.
