Sandy Feet is one side of an elevated duplex in the heart of Holmes Beach. Located a block from the Gulf of Mexico, our two-bedroom home is a tranquil getaway from the hustle and bustle of your busy life. Kick back and relax in our cozy living room. Enjoy a cocktail outside on the balcony and watch the world go by.

Each bedroom features a king sized bed with TV. Guests will enjoy the crisp linens and fluffy towels provided by our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Sandy Feet is close to everything the island has to offer. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of the island with quick access to the beach (3 minute walk from door to shore without crossing Gulf Drive), Publix grocery store, Walgreens, Manatee Public Beach, shopping, restaurants and more. The free trolley stop is steps away and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

Great house, great location!

Everything about this property was great, especially the location and short walk to the beach!! The ONLY complaint I have is we were only provided with 1 trash bag, 1 roll of very thin toilet paper, 1 roll of very thin paper towels, 2 tiny dish washer tablets and a tiny bar of hand soap for the bathroom. Most rental places where I have stayed provide more in the way of these products. Otherwise….everything was FIVE STARS!

Sandy Feet - great vacation home

Hello, We highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. Looks exactly as pictured. We asked for an early check in ( 10am ) as we had a very early check out ( 4am) and we were very happy to find out that the house was ready for us @ 10am the first day. Thank You very much for that! I also want to mention that the beach chairs, umbrela and the cart made our stay very comfortable. We loved every day there and we would recommend this house to anyone who likes a vacation by the beach. All the best everyone!

Great rental but louder than expected

Home was in a great location in relation to getting to the beach. House was clean besides the floors being dirty and our feet would be black if we didn’t where socks. Also with it being on the Main Street it was very loud during the nights which made sleeping in the front bedroom very difficult. Just things to keep in mind but overall enjoyed our stay and location of the property.

Great Location

Property is in a great location right on the main road and easy to walk bike or access the trolley. Beach is an easy walk as well.

Great location, cozy stay.

Loved the location, walking distance to restaurants and Publix was a plus, cute little duplex... living room furniture was kind of cheap and uncomfortable but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Bar is loud, beautiful uncrowded beach is very close

The south and north end of the island has public parking. In the middle are residential houses with limited public parking. This house has great beach access and the local residents are so friendly. Play the white noise machines in the bedrooms all night long. The bar across the street can get loud. The dishwasher did not work but manual washing is easy for just three people and they offered to come repair. We cooked 3/6 nights and all the utensils you would need are there. The propane grill is great. The supplied chairs and wagon were also fantastic, much easier than setting up our portable camping chairs. The cycle on the clothes washer doesn’t spin down to remove the water enough. The dryer vent just egresses a normal HVAC register. It gets hot in the garage when the dryer is going. But everything works like you need it. I will stay there again. AMI is just amazing and this part of the beach is peaceful with low crowds.
