With a large, furnished balcony, you will spend your down time watching the waves for dolphins, and waking early to enjoy your coffee, while watching the sun rise over the ocean. Located in north OC, this 5th floor condo has all the comforts of home. It is equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV's, DVD player, Free WiFi, a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The property occupancy is limited to 4 people, and smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied.
