The Space:
The minimalist and vast space is the first thing that you’ll notice in the apartment. You’ll be greeted with art pieces, decor, and furniture that speak of the apartment's unique aesthetic for you to feel at home.

The living room is packed with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV. The high-speed WiFi won’t let you miss anything with a desk for your use. A cute clock is plastered on the wall. Necessary appliances (cookware, stove, oven) for cooking are in the kitchen.

There is a cozy king bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom complete with fresh luxurious linens.

There are fresh towels provided for guests, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel with a welcome pack upon arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the pool and gym and parking is on request.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, there is a nearby tram station called Marina Towers Tram Station (3 minutes away) that you can ride if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. It is also connected to a train station that is the Damac Properties Metro Station where you can ride a train to go around in Dubai (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

***Please be advised that there will be maintenance works in one of the units on the 20th floor from 27th September – 27th December 2023. Noisy work is strictly from 9 AM-2 PM only & no noisy work during the weekends. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
